The PDGA has this guide that may be helpful to figure out where you should play. If you are relatively new to the sport, then start in RAG or RAF. If you have been playing for a while and this is just your first tournament, then do RAE or RAD. If you shoot lights out at Rampart, then I would go with RAH. What the PDGA guide calls Am 4 is going to be RAF and below. AM3 is RAE, AM2 is White and AM1 is Blue. : https://www.pdga.com/divisions/beginners-guide
