Thank you for a great tournament, and for submitting fast enough to have the tournament go into the October ratings update!! I had a ton of fun, the temp course was a blast to play even for someone without a lot of power such as myself.

Jake. I am glad that you enjoyed the temp course -- I was trying to make it fun and challenging for all skill levels. Thanks for the kind words and hope to see you at next year's event :-)

Awesome tournament. Had a fantastic time. Congratulations to all the winners!

You should not be allowed to change the start time of round 2 if you are not sure that everyone knows that it has changed. There are a lot of people who are not at their holes.

Third time this year this has caused a problem. Either post a time and stick to it or say 1 hour after last card is in so people will ask/check

Tony Inzana   October 10, 2021 at 9:52am

It was an hour and 10 minutes after last card -- on the disc golf scene site it gave a 2pm estimate time

Benjamin Winquist    October 8, 2021 at 8:52pm

Is the course on UDisc by chance?

Jake Heidman   October 8, 2021 at 10:33pm

The temp course is not on Udisc

Tony Inzana   October 9, 2021 at 12:26am

no

MA40=Masters Advanced 40+

bobby jones   October 8, 2021 at 3:15pm

That should be Amature no advanced. Stupid Autocorrect.

Sheldon DeMarco Sr   October 9, 2021 at 2:05am

You are right Bobby Jones it says for help choosing a division go into the PDGA guidelines and you go underneath it and it says ma-40 is an amateur division

Mike Slaunwhite    October 7, 2021 at 3:14pm

After the temp course is set up on Friday, is the ball golf closed for ball golf, or will it be both kinds of golfers out there sharing the courses?

Tony Inzana   October 7, 2021 at 3:31pm

I am not positive about Friday whether there will be golfers out there -- they know that the disc golf course will be set up and that players will be coming to practice. The golf course is definitely closed sat/sun

Mike Slaunwhite   October 7, 2021 at 3:34pm

Thank you Tony.

David Clamp   October 8, 2021 at 5:50pm

Just played and its a mix of disc and ball golfers. Everyone is being polite and patient so no issues.

Timothy Crawford    October 7, 2021 at 11:35am

Hi Tony, is it possible to switch me to the 9:12 card with Lucarelli and Amering so we can carpool?

Tony Inzana   October 7, 2021 at 1:09pm

So teeing off 24 minutes after another group is going to change how you car pool? use that time to stretch or practice putting - schedule is already released sorry

Tim Bower    October 7, 2021 at 10:41am

Tony, I see that MA40 has been moved from Pool B to Pool A. Pool B was advertised as "All amateur divisions except MA1"... I rearranged my schedule accordingly and played practice rounds from the white tee pads as they were those indicated in the advertisement for the tournament. If MA40 is now in Pool A then I will have to change divisions because I have other obligations which were planned based on the tournament information that was advertised for more than 4 months.

Oh. That is a surprise to me since last Thursday when I was on the course playing we double checked to see which divisions were playing from which tease and it had ma40 playing white whites. But I guess I and the other five guys must have misread that. On a related note, I did check to see if I coul ... more

Tony Inzana   October 7, 2021 at 3:35pm

I will switch you to MA2

Tim Bower   October 7, 2021 at 4:28pm

Thanks so much.

Tyler Tiede    October 7, 2021 at 4:11am

just want to mention I withdrew a week ago and am still registered! If I don't get a refund I'll try to come but I most likely wont be able to go.

Tony Inzana   October 7, 2021 at 4:18am

sorry Tyler, I missed that request -- I refunded your monies just now

Sherry Herzog    October 6, 2021 at 1:45pm

Tony per the PDGA women and juniors are exempt from having to have three in a division. We are unrepresented in this sport so we are given special guidelines.

Tony Inzana   October 6, 2021 at 2:04pm

Thanks for pointing this out -- moving forward -- all female divisions will be offered, even if there is only one competitor in the division

Jeremy Hoeltke   October 6, 2021 at 6:27pm

Just to clear up any uncertainty for the players/TDs in our local areas-- Women and Jr's are NOT exempt from having to have 3 in a division, but all of this is 100% up to the TD running the event. I want to make sure that everyone is receiving the correct information on what the PDGA rules actually are.

Tony Inzana   October 7, 2021 at 2:18am

Thanks for clarifying this Jeremy - trying to do my best here

Sherry Herzog    October 6, 2021 at 1:39pm

Tony if I have to move up and play FPO I will be withdrawing. Closing in on 60 years old I cannot physically play against someone half my age.

Karin Falcone    October 6, 2021 at 7:21am

Is it possible to move me up to FP40 so that Guy and I will be playing on the same schedule? I can send extra $ via PayPal. Thanks a bunch of that can be done

Karin Falcone   October 6, 2021 at 10:36pm

I'm sorry, but I would prefer to play FP40 so that Guy and I are on the same schedule. Its just too much to have to drive seperately from Syracuse

Tony Inzana   October 7, 2021 at 12:01am

ok I will put you in the FP40 division - you can just give me the extra$20 at the tournament

Tony Inzana   October 7, 2021 at 12:02am

or PayPal friends/family to [email redacted]

Benjamin Winquist    October 5, 2021 at 10:50pm

When will we know tee times?

Sherry Herzog    October 5, 2021 at 10:57am

Forgive me if this was asked already but will the course on the ball golf side be set up on Friday to practice?

Tony Inzana   October 5, 2021 at 11:19am

Yes, it will be available to practice on Friday, hoping by 9 am

Tim Bower   October 5, 2021 at 1:07pm

Will a map for the temp course be provided? Or, uploaded to Udisc?

Tony Inzana   October 6, 2021 at 11:32am

there will be a map, not sure about udisc yet

bobby jones    October 4, 2021 at 7:02pm

Is Jimmy going to be serving lunch?

Tony Inzana   October 4, 2021 at 7:27pm

Lunch will be available for purchase at the clubhouse both days - it was too difficult to try to coordinate free lunch on one of the days because of the way each pool is playing on Sat and Sun, so instead I am increasing the Am and Pro payouts and players can figure out lunch on their own this weekend.

Alex Coulombe    October 3, 2021 at 11:59pm

Question: roughly/approximately when does ma3 start and end saturday? My son has to work at 4 in webster and he wondered if he will end in time to be able to do both. Thanks

Tony Inzana   October 4, 2021 at 1:35am

I do not have the tee times figured out yet, but having to be in Webster at 4 may be difficult. Division tee times should be figured out by Wednesday when registration closes

Tony Inzana   October 4, 2021 at 7:40pm

again- not sure of tee times, but MA3 will be the 2nd division teeing off after MA2 which has 8 groups - so tee off will likely start around 11am for MA3, so he should be able to finish by 3 or close to that

Alex Coulombe   October 5, 2021 at 1:09am

Ok thanks for letting me know and that's great! His work wouldn't allow him day off so they put him in a bind and he doesn't want to pull out of tournament. So earlier you can give us would be much appreciated!
