Tim Bower: Tony, I see that MA40 has been moved from Pool B

Tony, I see that MA40 has been moved from Pool B to Pool A. Pool B was advertised as "All amateur divisions except MA1"... I rearranged my schedule accordingly and played practice rounds from the white tee pads as they were those indicated in the advertisement for the tournament. If MA40 is now in Pool A then I will have to change divisions because I have other obligations which were planned based on the tournament information that was advertised for more than 4 months.

Tim, it's difficult to plan how to match the groups 4 months in advance -- I had to move the MA40 division to make things work schedule wise - do you want to switch to MA2? BTW - I just announced which groups are playing which tees just the other day

Tony, I completely understand having to rearrange things slightly to make it work more smoothly. I do not understand why ma40 which were to play the white tees a few days ago are now supposed to play the blue tees. Is there a problem with ma40 playing from the white tees? I am wondering how many folks in the ma40 has had a chance or ever played from the Blues. I will see if I can change things up with my schedule and let you know ASAP of my intentions. Thanks

Oh. That is a surprise to me since last Thursday when I was on the course playing we double checked to see which divisions were playing from which tease and it had ma40 playing white whites. But I guess I and the other five guys must have misread that. On a related note, I did check to see if I could switch things around with my schedule on fortunately I cannot so please move me to ma2. Thank you so much
