Update for today's flex start at purple park. The weather forecast looks very very bad this afternoon with rain and lightning. We are going to start the flex start event early at 11am. The final tee time will be at 3:00 p.m at the latest. Any groups that go out and play less than 9 holes will not have the results counted in the final standings groups that play more than 9 holes will have their results counted for a minimum of 9 holes depending on the number of holes completed by the group ... more

We are definitely accepting day of registrations. Show up as early as possible. There is a hard stop for start times at 6pm, if there are groups waiting to start we may have to turn some people away.

This is super confusing. I was under the impression that the course was closed to players and caddies on July 31 and August 1 for practice rounds. Is this a sign-up for practice rounds, or is this just another event entirely that is going on simultaneous to the practice rounds? I will only be able to practice on Thursday, August 1 after 5p, so hoping I am not closed out from practicing as I was originally planning.

Hi Emily! Don't worry, this is a separate event, but players practicing for the event will have right of way for practice during the flex start window. We will be instructing all groups to let the ladies play through/yield to practicing ladies at all times. Don't worry, we aren't closing anyone out!
