    Round 1 shotgun start start. 90 minute lunch break once the last card is turned in. Round 2 will start immediately after 90 minute lunch break at your second course.

    Half Keg on the house. Other beverages and food available for purchase. Free 9 hole putting course. Disc swap meet ($10 if you want to set up a table).

    First Run Disc Golf store will be set up on site. Don't forget to bring your players pack vouchers if you plan to turn them in to claim your merchandise.

    Round 3 shotgun start. Awards ceremony will be conducted at your course immediately after the completion of the round. Last chance to turn in disc vouchers and select shirt/poster at Hornets Nest Park.

About this tournament

Welcome to the 2024 Queen City Gambit hosted by First Run Disc Golf! The QCG will once again be a PDGA B-tier and will have 3 rounds (2 Saturday/1Sunday) of Shotgun Start sanctioned play.

The players pack for this year will include a custom event jersey, a disc voucher good to the First Run Disc Golf store (set up during check-in, at the players party, and at 1 course on Sunday), and a choice of either a First Run t-shirt or course poster. We will also be adding an additional item to be confirmed at a later date. The players pack value will be at least $100.

Players party details are TBD at this time and we will update everyone as details become available.

There will be $750 added cash for Pro's as well as trophies for top finishers in all divisions.

Refund policy

F1RST RUN DISC GOLF is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Waitlist deposits are non-refundable. Drops/cancelations within 14 days of the start of the event will receive a full refund IF their spot can ben filled by someone in the same pool on the waitlist. If there is not someone on the waitlist in your pool, you will receive EITHER a 25 % discount or your players pack.
