The following was sent via email to anyone registered or waitlisted for tomorrow's February Monthly:
In light of recent weather forecasts, we have decided to make the following changes to the event.
1. Timing: Check-in will begin at 10 am, with an estimated tee time of 11 am. We would also appreciate anyone willing to arrive at 9:30 and help with clearing tee pads and setting up baskets.
2. Tournament Central: We will be set up for check-in (and selling raffle tickets) at the park shelters near the carousel.
3. Snow Play: Lights, tape and ribbons will be allowed as disc modifications to aid in finding discs in snow. [

4. Tee Pads: We will play the short tees on holes 7-18, which will be shoveled clear. Please refrain from warming up on tee pads that have not been cleared.
We will still be conducting a raffle at the conclusion of the round. Tickets will be on sale (cash only) in the following denominations:
1 - $1
6 - $5
15 - $10
40 - $20
Finally, if roads aren't cleared and you don't feel that you can safely reach the park, please just let a board member know. We'll refund your entry fee.
