***Hole 19 will tee from the sidewalk next to the brick wall of the Amphitheater, by driveway entrance that runs between hole 2 and the amphitheater. The hole will play to the practice basket closest to hole 1s tee pad. The green will be an island, the grass between the tee pad and the island green is safe.***

Will this play from the standard tee-pads or will we be playing from the alternate pads on any of the holes?

As all of you know the demand for events is on the rise and not only did this event fill in record time, but it also created a wait list larger than the event itself in less than 24 hours. Your TD, David Dickhens, has been working with us at NADGT to try and find the best solution to get additional players in to the event and increasing the overall cap size. In the process of adding players, and working within the PDGA guidelines, 1.02 in the Rules, we will be balancing out car ... more

Hello Players:
As all of you know the demand for events is on the rise and not only did this event fill in record time, but it also created a wait list larger than the event itself in less than 24 hours. Your TD, David Dickhens, has been working with us at NADGT to try and find the best solution to get additional players in to the event and increasing the overall cap size. In the process of adding players, and working within the PDGA guidelines, 1.02 in the Rules, we will be balancing out cards by division, increasing caps for under-represented fields and setting divisional caps while also breaking the wait list up into divisions.

Once the process of adding players is complete, participants will have 1 week to update and complete their registration before they forfeit their spot to the next player on the wait list.

David is also working very diligently to bring another event to the area on the same weekend where all of the wait listers will have priority registration before that event opens.

We know that there is not a perfect resolution for problems such as these, but for fairness of play and player competition we feel like this is the best solution.

Players will be provided more information regarding additional events when available.

Any chance to bring more MA40 players into this division since there is only 4 . Hopeful 12-16 more

How does the wait list work? Is it going to be by division, like if an MA3 person drops then the first MA3 person gets in or just who ever is first in the wait list gets in ?

So from what I'm seeing this is basically an all male event, with the exception of the 6 women in the FA2 division...?

Hi! I truly understand how difficult it is to set-up, organize, and run a tournament and I understand the first-come, first-served nature of the registration process; but I am left to wander if it's possible to put together an FA1 division since there are five of us on the waitlist. Thoughts?
