Hello Players:
As all of you know the demand for events is on the rise and not only did this event fill in record time, but it also created a wait list larger than the event itself in less than 24 hours. Your TD, David Dickhens, has been working with us at NADGT to try and find the best solution to get additional players in to the event and increasing the overall cap size. In the process of adding players, and working within the PDGA guidelines, 1.02 in the Rules, we will be balancing out cards by division, increasing caps for under-represented fields and setting divisional caps while also breaking the wait list up into divisions.
Once the process of adding players is complete, participants will have 1 week to update and complete their registration before they forfeit their spot to the next player on the wait list.
David is also working very diligently to bring another event to the area on the same weekend where all of the wait listers will have priority registration before that event opens.
We know that there is not a perfect resolution for problems such as these, but for fairness of play and player competition we feel like this is the best solution.
Players will be provided more information regarding additional events when available.

So it’s not first come first serve like was mentioned before???? I was 13th on the waitlist and you added 12 players and I’m still #5?
