So we choose 1 option from each of the 2 options offered and we get the other items also mentioned in the info? And why is there a $7 late player pack fee?

Yes that is the players pakcage. The $7 late fee is for shipping directly to you as all of the players packages already been shipped to the event director to prepare for the weekend.

I mean the entry fee is the same. Essentially I would just card you up with the Ma2 and nothing would change.
