Welcome to the Prodigy Disc Birdie Derby!

If you are receiving this email because you used your email when signing up another player for the event, please forward this info to that player.
LATE WITHDRAWAL / NO-SHOW
Refunds are no longer available. If you cannot make it, please text or call your name and division, with comment you are canceling to 785-764-2229 and we will hold the discs for you to pick up at the store.
PARKING -
Please use the school parking lot. There is no parking in the street.
RESTROOMS
THERE IS NO PORTABLE RESTROOM AT THE COURSE. Blue Valley school district that owns the property will not allow portable restrooms on their property. In order to have the restrooms in the school available, the fee would have made this event not feasible.
CHECK-IN
Check-in with EJ in-between the parking lot and hole 1 before you begin. You will need at least 3 people on your card, but not more than 5. DO NOT HAVE CARDS GREATER THAN 5. You can create your own card or we can pair you up with a card. If you are a card of 4 and there is a solo player, I may add them to your card. It is OK to mix divisions on a card but be aware that some divisions use different tee pads. Check in will start at 12:15pm with everyone teeing off at 1pm. It will be a shotgun start meaning you will be assigned a hole to start on.
SCORING
We will be using Udisc for scoring. If you don't have UDisc, it is a very helpful phone app that shows various courses and can record scores. There is a free version. Use your phone's normal download widget to get it.

Once you get to the course check in on UDisc on the event page. If you don't know how to do this, EJ can help you.
If you don't want to download the UDisc app, a scorecard can be provided on request.
CADDY BOOK
There is a map at the course parking lot. Regarding OB rules, we will use what the tee sign says.
In all cases, over any fence is OB. Play from where it was last inbounds.
COURSE CONDITIONS
There are no known adverse conditions.
PLAYER PACKS
You'll get 3 Prodigy discs:
Rook Putter 300 Fractal plastic 3 / 5 / -1 / 1 (renamed from P Model US)
M4 Midrange 400 Glimmer plastic 5 / 5 / -1 / 1
H4 Driver 500 Spectrum plastic 10 / 5 / -2 / 1
WATER
There will be no water on the course. Bring enough for your whole round.
ACE / CTP FUND
There are optional separate ACE fund and a CTP/Longest Putt fund. The Ace fund is a cash fund. If an ace is hit, the entire cash fund will be paid out. If no aces are hit, the money will move to the Maverick Disc Golf Championship. The CTP & Longest Putt will each have a disc rewarded.
Directions regarding if you are on a hole that has one of these CTP/Putt flags. For the CTP (closest to pin) hole, if your DRIVE is closer to the pin than where the flag is currently stuck in the ground, move the flag to the front edge of your disc after writing your name on the flag. For the Longest Putt hole, if your MADE PUTT is farther away from the pin than the putt you just made, move the flag to the front of your disc after writing your name on the flag. If you happen to throw it in from the fairway or even the tee box - that is the longest putt.
If you FINISH on one of these two holes, please bring the flag back to Tournament Central (EJ). Only do this if you finish on the hole.
AWARDS / PAYOUTS
There will be one extra disc given to the winners of each division.
