Attached are the Pin Placements, Distances, Pars and OB Rules. I will not be providing a hard copy. They are also listed in the PDGA online scoring app.
Also attached is a map (labeled as bathroom markers). The restroom with a Red X will be closed. The two restrooms with a circle will be open.

Scoring will be done digitally. Go to pdga.com/score ( https://www.pdga.com/apps/tournament/score/login ). Access code is railroad.

Your starting hole will be at the pdga event page, https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/44557, no later than 6pm Friday.

After round one, there will be a 1 hour lunch break. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO DRIVE TO LAWRENCE FOR LUNCH. The Clinton Store (you drive past it just before the park) will be selling pulled pork sack lunches or Cobb salads.

Round 2 Start time and Hole Assignments will be found at the same pdga event page where you found Round 1 assignments.

There will be payouts and awards after the second round. All divisions have a First Place trophy, Intermediate has First and Second and Recreational has First, Second and Third.

Amateur payouts (except Recreational which is Player Pack and Trophy only) will be done onsite. Pro payouts will either be done by check (in person or mailed) or Paypal Goods and Services.

The weather looks to be good, but come prepared. Bring EXTRA water, more than you think you need. I would recommend bringing extra clothes. The grass will likely be wet from morning dew and you'll want dry shoes and socks for later. There is natural prairie which includes those annoying stick-tight seed thingies. Try to wear clothing that does attract them. Bring bug spray. We are at the tail end of tick season, but without a hard freeze, there are still ticks. Not a lot, but this isn't an urban park. Besides the prairie grass, several holes are in the woods.

If you have any questions before Saturday, please email me. If I'm awake, I'm usually fairly quick (i.e. less than one hour) with a reply. Come Saturday, it's better to text me if you can wait 5-15 minutes for a reply, or call if you need an answer right away.

RESTROOMS - The campground restroom directly adjacent to Hole 6, and the one on the main road for Hole 13 will be open.

Unless indicated below, and 'road' means the pavement/asphalt, not the gravel along the side. Exception is Hole 5.

As a reminder, refunds are no longer possible at this point.  If you notify me that you need to withdraw before tee time, you will still get the player pack (both Pro & Am).  If you no-call, no-show, you forfeit your entry and player pack.

MOWING CONDITIONS / REFUND POLICY UPDATE

Update on the mowing, there were several factors causing the mowing at Bloomington to be behind this year. I've addressed it with the Corps of Engineers in the last four weeks. The course received a rough cut mow yesterday and on Sunday four of us will be out there doing a finish cut, brush hogging, and weed whacking. I fully expect to have the course in shape for next weekend's tournament.

About the refund policy - I'm bringing this up because last weekend for our Atchison Aviatrix I had two players withdraw after registration closed, and another four players just not show up for round one. As a TD, that is a significant obstacle to take care of so close to the event, and it affected one card in particular as two of those players were on the same card.

This refund policy was provided to you during registration:

Maverick Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds 7 days or more will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refund requests from 6 days before up until 7pm 10/08/20 will receive refunds less a $5 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after 7pm 10/08/20. Waitlist policy: If you are on the wait list and don't get in, you'll get a full refund less the $1.34 paid to dgscene for their fees. When an opening becomes available, it is filled from the waitlist first. If you are on the waitlist, you can request a refund at any time and get a full refund less the $1.34. Once you are on the normal registration list, the above refund policy applies as long as it is before registration ends. When registration closes, and you are still on the waitlist, you will automatically receive a refund.

Simple explanation:

Before 9am Saturday, 10/3 - Full refund less dgscene and PayPal fees which I cannot refund.

After 9am Saturday, 10/3 but before 7pm Thursday, 10/8, a $5 late withdraw fee will apply, rest is refunded.

Withdraw after registration closes at 7pm, Thursday, 10/8 but before 8am Saturday, 10/10, - no refund, but you'll still get a player pack for Ams, Pros will get a disc.

If you withdraw after 8am the day of the tournament, or you just don't show up - no refund, no player pack. Thanks for donating.

Bottom line - If you need to withdraw from the event, tell me as soon as you can.

I just got off the phone with the ranger this morning. The final rough cut mowing was done yesterday. On Sunday, we will have two commercial finish mowers, a brush hog and a couple of weed whackers to work at it.
I'll be honest, the wooded holes are the worst I've ever seen them. We will get them playable though, even if we have to move baskets to the short positions to decrease the amount of work to be done.
I'll be out there Saturday morning doing some prep work for the mowing crew and then again Sunday for actual mowing.

"I spoke with my mower guy this morning. He will be mowing it as soon as he can get to it after it dries out. He will also be rough mowing it again between the 1st and the 5th of October. That gives your guys several days to do their thing."
After the second mowing in October, a few of us will be doing some finish mowing on the course to get it ready.
