So if i go on the waitlist and you open It up to 90 I would be waitlist 3 if i then don't get into the event will I get my refund

Regarding shirt sizes / colors, etc.

At an event earlier this year I set the shirts out for people to pick theirs out and ran out of certain sizes that people were guaranteed to get because they signed up early in the registration process.

For this event, I'm going to have someone hand out the shirts based on what size you ordered during registration. Colors will be on a first come/first serve within your size.

If you want to exchange your shirt for a different size, you can turn in your clean, unworn shirt after the first round for what's left.

Any shirts left over after second round starts will be available for sale. I already have a list of non-players asking for shirts.

S - XL: $18
2XL+: $20

As a reminder, this is the refund policy regarding any Maverick DG events:

"Maverick Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds 7 days or more will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refunds 6 days to 24 hours before player meeting will receive refunds less a $5 handling fee. No refunds will be issued less than 24 hours before the tournament. Failing to call or notify the TD prior to check in time w ... more

Basically, let me know as soon as possible that you know you need to withdraw or can't make it. If you 'no-call, no-show', you do not get your entry fee or the player pack.

Tournament is full at 72.
On Wednesday, 11/22, I'll decide if we'll open up to 90 based on the weather forecast for tournament day 11/25. First ones in will be from the paid wait list. Wait list is at 5 already.
