As a reminder, this is the refund policy regarding any Maverick DG events:
"Maverick Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds 7 days or more will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refunds 6 days to 24 hours before player meeting will receive refunds less a $5 handling fee. No refunds will be issued less than 24 hours before the tournament. Failing to call or notify the TD prior to check in time will forfeit the entry fee and any player pack items the player would have received."
Basically, let me know as soon as possible that you know you need to withdraw or can't make it. If you 'no-call, no-show', you do not get your entry fee or the player pack.
