› Players must provide their PDGA number if they have one, even if membership has expired. CM 2.02.F

This ace pot will encompass both rounds. Should multiple players get an ace during this tournament, the pot will be divided evenly amongst all players with an ace. If no one gets an ace, the pot will be donated to the Series, for an end-of-year series prize.
Tournament sponsor would have their name/business name added to the Tournament name on all websites and social media posts. Lunch sponsor will help supply meals to all the players and would have their name mentioned on all social media posts and be recognized at the tournament lunch as well as have a sign posted at the lunch location and tournament central. Snack Sponsor will help provide snacks for players during the tournament. Their name would be placed prominently where players would be able to pick up snacks and drinks for the tournament. Hole sponsors would have their name/business name prominently displayed at one of the 18 tee signs. All sponsors, to include general sponsors will be listed and updated on the Registration page in the "About" section, as well as mentioned in the virtual players meeting/caddy book.
Tournament refund / cancellation policy Culpeper Disc Golf, LLC is responsible for all refunds and will follow 1.03 of the PDGA Competition Manual when determining a full or partial refund. A $5 handling fee will be deducted from all refund requests in accordance with 1.03 of the PDGA Competition Manual. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
