Quebec residents can download the VaxiCode app now for both Apple and Android users. Non-QC residents can forward proof of their vaccinations, typically as PDF documents as issued by their provincial or state health departments. Le Phé-Nominingue est le dernier tournoi de la PDGA de la saison au Québec et sera un "B-Tier" avec au moins 2 500 $ d'argent ajouté. Il se déroulera sur deux parcours pendant deux jours dans le village charmant de Nominingue, QC. Nous utiliserons le parcours permanent du Camp Nominingue, qui est un parcours technique en forêt, ainsi qu'un tout nouveau parcours qui sera situé sur le terrain de 390 acres appartenant au camp, qui est en activité depuis 1925. Ces deux parcours sont pratiquement en face l'un de l'autre, mais nous assurerons le transport en bus depuis le parking du Hameau de la Gare jusqu'à chaque parcours car il n'y a pas beaucoup de places de parking disponibles sur les deux parcours. Le parking principal sera celui du Hameau de la Gare, où se trouvait le Central Disc la dernière fois que nous avons organisé cet événement. Des bus circuleront rapidement entre les sites. Les voitures feront demi-tour mais seront autorisées à se garer sur la route si elles tentent d'accéder au parking du parcours du Camp (qui se trouve de l'autre côté de la route que le Camp Nominingue). De plus amples informations sur l'accessibilité du parking du parcours du “Camp Central” restent à déterminer.
Le parcours de disc golf du Camp Nominingue est ouvert pendant les heures d'ensoleillement normales pour que les joueurs puissent s'entraîner. Le parcours temporaire sur la propriété principale du Camp Nominingue sera mis en place le jeudi précédant le tournoi en utilisant des cibles Prodigy T3. Le vendredi, nous proposerons deux C-Tiers “Flex Start” sur chacun des parcours. Pendant les heures de départ des événements Flex Start, les parcours seront fermés aux seuls participants des Flex Start. Nous mettrons prochainement en place des pages d'inscription pour ces événements sur Disc Golf Scene, ou vous pouvez simplement payer au bureau d'inscription sur le parcours lui-même pour les Flex Starts sur nos deux parcours. Les groupes devront avoir entre 3 et 5 joueurs pour pouvoir commencer, alors prévoyez d'avance avec d'autres personnes pour ne pas avoir à attendre.
Pour l'événement principal, nous avons divisé les divisions de joueurs en deux groupes de 56 joueurs. Pourquoi 56 joueurs ? Parce que nous sommes fin octobre et que les heures d'ensoleillement sont limitées. Le fait d'avoir 14 cartes de joueurs sur chaque parcours nous permettra d'effectuer tous nos tours dans les temps, même avec les heures de départ prévues. Maintenant que nous n'avons plus à nous soucier des dommages causés par le gel sur l'herbe délicate des terrains de golf, je pourrais envisager d'ajouter quelques cartes en fonction de la taille de la liste d'attente dans chaque groupe.
Les groupes et les divisions sont indiqués ci-dessus. Tous les joueurs du groupe A (les pros et les MA1) joueront sur les deux parcours. Les joueurs du groupe B joueront le même parcours du Camp (des tees les plus longs aux paniers les plus longs) mais pourront jouer depuis des tertres de départ différents sur le tout nouveau parcours du Camp Central (à déterminer). Dans les deux cas, nous ferons de notre mieux pour que tous les joueurs puissent gagner trois tours évalués lors de l'événement principal. Les joueurs peuvent être en mesure de gagner deux tours supplémentaires lors des départs flexibles, selon la participation suffisante des propagateurs de la PDGA.
Vous trouverez des possibilités de restauration à proximité du parking principal, avec plusieurs options de restauration rapide au "Hameau de la Gare" ou à quelques centaines de mètres de là. Vous trouverez également une épicerie sur la route principale, à quelques minutes de marche.
Le parcours du camp sera un peu retouché pour le flux et le par, mais sera en grande partie identique à ce qui a été vu pour la dernière fois lors de l'édition 2019 de ce tournoi. Le parcours du camp central est tout nouveau.
Si nous sommes autorisés à offrir un banquet pour les joueurs, il aura lieu le samedi soir. Veuillez contacter le directeur du tournoi par e-mail si vous avez des allergies alimentaires ou si vous souhaitez un repas végétarien à la place. Plus de détails sur le banquet des joueurs seront publiés ici dès qu'ils seront connus. Des billets supplémentaires pour le banquet pour la famille et les amis peuvent être mis à disposition en contactant le DT par courriel si nous sommes en mesure d'organiser le banquet.
Votre division (à l'exception de la FPO) devra compter au moins trois participants d'ici le 21 septembre pour être prise en considération pour l'événement. Si votre division ne compte pas au moins trois participants, il vous sera demandé de passer dans une autre division (correspondant à votre classement/âge) s'il y a une place disponible. Le FPO sera organisé même s'il n'y a qu'un ou deux participants.
Le système de pointage PDGA Live sera utilisé pour cet événement. Une deuxième méthode de pointage sera en vigueur pour tous les événements. UDisc est la méthode de pointage préférée, mais des cartes de pointage en papier seront disponibles sur demande.
Les trous des éliminatoires seront annoncés dans cette zone au moins 48 heures avant le début du tournoi principal.

Le Phé-Nominingue is the final PDGA tournament of the season in Québec and will be a "B-Tier" with at least $2,500 added cash. It will be held on two courses over two days in the charming village of Nominingue, QC. We will be using the permanent Camp Nominingue course, which is a technical course in the woods, as well as a brand new course that will be located on the 390 acres of land owned by the camp, which has been operating since 1925. These two courses are pretty much across the street from one another, but we will be providing transportation by bus from the “Hameau de la Gare” parking lot to each course as there is not much parking available at the two courses. Our main parking area will be in the "Hameau de la Gare" where we had Disc Central last time we held this event. Buses will be operating quickly between the locations. Cars will be turned around but allowed to park on the road if they attempt to get into the course parking lot for the Camp Course (which is on the opposite side of the road as Camp Nominingue). Further information on parking accessibility at the Camp Central course is yet to be determined.
The Camp Nominingue Disc Golf Course is open during regular sunlight hours for players to practice. The temporary course on the main property of Camp Nominingue will be set up on the Thursday prior to the tournament using Prodigy T3 targets. On Friday, we will be offering two Flex Start C-Tiers at each of the courses. During the starting hours of the Flex Start events, the courses will be closed to only participants of the Flex Starts. We will be setting up registration pages for those events on Disc Golf Scene shortly, or you can just pay at the registration desk at the course itself for the Flex Starts at our two courses. Groups will have to have between 3 and 5 players to start, so please plan ahead with others so that you don’t have to wait.
For the main event, we have divided the player divisions into two groups of 56 players. Why 56 players? Because it's late October with limited sunlight hours. Having 14 cards of players on each course will allow us to get in all our rounds within time, even with scheduled tee times. Now that we no longer have to worry about frost damage on the delicate grass at a golf course, I may consider adding some cards based on the size of the waiting list in each group.
The Groups and Divisions are listed above. Everyone in Group A (the Pros and the MA1s) will play longs at both courses. Players in Group B will play the same Camp Course layout (the longest tee pads to the longest basket locations) but may play from different tee pads at the brand new Camp Central course (to be determined). In either case, we will try our best to ensure that all players will be able to earn three rated rounds from the main event. Players may be able to earn an additional two rated rounds at the Flex Starts, depending on sufficient participation by PDGA propagators.
There will be food options within easy walking distance of the main parking area, with several fast food options for you either in the "Hameau de la Gare" or within a few hundred metres from there. There is also a grocery store on the main road within easy walking distance.
The camp course will be tweaked a bit for flow and par but will be largely identical to what was last seen at the 2019 edition of this tournament. The Camp Central course is brand new.
Should we be allowed to offer a banquet for the players it will be held on Saturday evening. Please reach out to the Tournament Director by e-mail should you have any food allergies, or wish to be offered a Vegetarian Meal instead. More details on the player banquet will be posted here when they become known. Additional tickets to the banquet for family & friends can be made available by reaching out to the TD by e-mail should we be able to arrange the banquet.
Your division (except for FPO) will need at least three participants in it by September 21st to be considered for the event. If your division does not have at least three participants you will be asked to move to another division (suitable for your rating/age) if there is a spot available. FPO will be run even if there are only one or two participants in it.
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. A second scoring method will be in effect for all events. UDisc is the preferred scoring method, but paper scorecards will be available upon request.
Playoff holes will be announced in this area at least 48 hours prior to the start of the main tournament.

Les groupes devront avoir entre 3 et 5 joueurs pour pouvoir commencer, alors prévoyez d'avance avec d'autres personnes pour ne pas avoir à attendre.
Pour l'événement principal, nous avons divisé les divisions de joueurs en deux groupes de 56 joueurs. Pourquoi 56 joueurs ? Parce que nous sommes fin octobre et que les heures d'ensoleillement sont limitées. Le fait d'avoir 14 cartes de joueurs sur chaque parcours nous permettra d'effectuer tous nos tours dans les temps, même avec les heures de départ prévues. Maintenant que nous n'avons plus à nous soucier des dommages causés par le gel sur l'herbe délicate des terrains de golf, je pourrais envisager d'ajouter quelques cartes en fonction de la taille de la liste d'attente dans chaque groupe.
Les groupes et les divisions sont indiqués ci-dessus. Tous les joueurs du groupe A (les pros et les MA1) joueront sur les deux parcours. Les joueurs du groupe B joueront le même parcours du Camp (des tees les plus longs aux paniers les plus longs) mais pourront jouer depuis des tertres de départ différents sur le tout nouveau parcours du Camp Central (à déterminer). Dans les deux cas, nous ferons de notre mieux pour que tous les joueurs puissent gagner trois tours évalués lors de l'événement principal. Les joueurs peuvent être en mesure de gagner deux tours supplémentaires lors des départs flexibles, selon la participation suffisante des propagateurs de la PDGA.
Vous trouverez des possibilités de restauration à proximité du parking principal, avec plusieurs options de restauration rapide au "Hameau de la Gare" ou à quelques centaines de mètres de là. Vous trouverez également une épicerie sur la route principale, à quelques minutes de marche.
Le parcours du camp sera un peu retouché pour le flux et le par, mais sera en grande partie identique à ce qui a été vu pour la dernière fois lors de l'édition 2019 de ce tournoi. Le parcours du camp central est tout nouveau.
Si nous sommes autorisés à offrir un banquet pour les joueurs, il aura lieu le samedi soir. Veuillez contacter le directeur du tournoi par e-mail si vous avez des allergies alimentaires ou si vous souhaitez un repas végétarien à la place. Plus de détails sur le banquet des joueurs seront publiés ici dès qu'ils seront connus. Des billets supplémentaires pour le banquet pour la famille et les amis peuvent être mis à disposition en contactant le DT par courriel si nous sommes en mesure d'organiser le banquet.
Votre division (à l'exception de la FPO) devra compter au moins trois participants d'ici le 21 septembre pour être prise en considération pour l'événement. Si votre division ne compte pas au moins trois participants, il vous sera demandé de passer dans une autre division (correspondant à votre classement/âge) s'il y a une place disponible. Le FPO sera organisé même s'il n'y a qu'un ou deux participants.
Le système de pointage PDGA Live sera utilisé pour cet événement. Une deuxième méthode de pointage sera en vigueur pour tous les événements. UDisc est la méthode de pointage préférée, mais des cartes de pointage en papier seront disponibles sur demande.
Les trous des éliminatoires seront annoncés dans cette zone au moins 48 heures avant le début du tournoi principal.

Le Phé-Nominingue is the final PDGA tournament of the season in Québec and will be a "B-Tier" with at least $2,500 added cash. It will be held on two courses over two days in the charming village of Nominingue, QC. We will be using the permanent Camp Nominingue course, which is a technical course in the woods, as well as a brand new course that will be located on the 390 acres of land owned by the camp, which has been operating since 1925. These two courses are pretty much across the street from one another, but we will be providing transportation by bus from the “Hameau de la Gare” parking lot to each course as there is not much parking available at the two courses. Our main parking area will be in the "Hameau de la Gare" where we had Disc Central last time we held this event. Buses will be operating quickly between the locations. Cars will be turned around but allowed to park on the road if they attempt to get into the course parking lot for the Camp Course (which is on the opposite side of the road as Camp Nominingue). Further information on parking accessibility at the Camp Central course is yet to be determined.
The Camp Nominingue Disc Golf Course is open during regular sunlight hours for players to practice. The temporary course on the main property of Camp Nominingue will be set up on the Thursday prior to the tournament using Prodigy T3 targets. On Friday, we will be offering two Flex Start C-Tiers at each of the courses. During the starting hours of the Flex Start events, the courses will be closed to only participants of the Flex Starts. We will be setting up registration pages for those events on Disc Golf Scene shortly, or you can just pay at the registration desk at the course itself for the Flex Starts at our two courses. Groups will have to have between 3 and 5 players to start, so please plan ahead with others so that you don’t have to wait.
For the main event, we have divided the player divisions into two groups of 56 players. Why 56 players? Because it's late October with limited sunlight hours. Having 14 cards of players on each course will allow us to get in all our rounds within time, even with scheduled tee times. Now that we no longer have to worry about frost damage on the delicate grass at a golf course, I may consider adding some cards based on the size of the waiting list in each group.
The Groups and Divisions are listed above. Everyone in Group A (the Pros and the MA1s) will play longs at both courses. Players in Group B will play the same Camp Course layout (the longest tee pads to the longest basket locations) but may play from different tee pads at the brand new Camp Central course (to be determined). In either case, we will try our best to ensure that all players will be able to earn three rated rounds from the main event. Players may be able to earn an additional two rated rounds at the Flex Starts, depending on sufficient participation by PDGA propagators.
There will be food options within easy walking distance of the main parking area, with several fast food options for you either in the "Hameau de la Gare" or within a few hundred metres from there. There is also a grocery store on the main road within easy walking distance.
The camp course will be tweaked a bit for flow and par but will be largely identical to what was last seen at the 2019 edition of this tournament. The Camp Central course is brand new.
Should we be allowed to offer a banquet for the players it will be held on Saturday evening. Please reach out to the Tournament Director by e-mail should you have any food allergies, or wish to be offered a Vegetarian Meal instead. More details on the player banquet will be posted here when they become known. Additional tickets to the banquet for family & friends can be made available by reaching out to the TD by e-mail should we be able to arrange the banquet.
Your division (except for FPO) will need at least three participants in it by September 21st to be considered for the event. If your division does not have at least three participants you will be asked to move to another division (suitable for your rating/age) if there is a spot available. FPO will be run even if there are only one or two participants in it.
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. A second scoring method will be in effect for all events. UDisc is the preferred scoring method, but paper scorecards will be available upon request.
Playoff holes will be announced in this area at least 48 hours prior to the start of the main tournament.

There may be some shuffling within each group a few weeks after the initial entries come in, but we have a limited amount of sunlight hours and potential late starting times at the golf course due to frost. The size of each group won't expand.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm 62 and would love to compete at your tournament. Having only one age-protected division at 40 doesn't make sense for me. Maybe next year the one age-protected division could be 50?
