Round 1 - will be randomized cards. 5 CTPs for the round
Round 2 - Cards will be created based upon score from round 1. 5 CTPs for the Round
In Card CTPs and payout for leader of card during second round ($4 per in card CTP,
$12 to the card leader, based upon 4 player card)


Here is how the entrance fee is allocated:

$10 CTPs - 5 per round with $20 cap, additional CTPs created if capped
4 Overall score $4, Tiered Payouts
