In Card CTPs and payout for leader of card during second round ($4 per in card CTP,
$12 to the card leader, based upon 4 player card)
Here is how the entrance fee is allocated:
$10 CTPs - 5 per round with $20 cap, additional CTPs created if capped
4 Overall score $4, Tiered Payouts
7 In Card Payouts 2nd Round only, Cards flighted by 1st round score.($4 for CTPs, chosen
by each group, 1 CTP per player, $3 to card winner)
