Sorry Chris, cards are randomly assigned using a number generator through excel. That process has already been completed for the event.

Yes for Ams there will be a player package and trophy payouts, sorry for some reason this post escaped me!
Yes sir! Pin placements are set as well.
There will also be two temps holes per course.
