Is that a question? I think i will try to answer it anyway. The Advanced Pads are the Front Concrete pads. (Long Pads are Called Pro, Rubber Pads are called Rec/Junior)

South doesn't have long teepads on every hole. Will we play from the shorts? Or play a mixture and use the longs for every hole that has a long pad?

Everyone will be playing the short tee pads. Advanced Tee pads are the "Shorts" (Pro pads are the "Longs" and the rubber pads are Rec)

What are the requirements for the final round? Obviously no more than 72 in the finals. If there were 80 entrants would 72 make it? A little confused on how this works.

Chris, if I remember right, last year the top 50% went to that "Final round". That was stated in the description. But there weren't a lot of entrees last year, so everyone played that extra 18 holes.
