Ace Fund

If an ace is hit, the Ace Fund will be paid to the player/team who hit the ace. Multiple aces will split the pot proportionally.

If no ace is hit, $1 per player will be donated to the Paul McBeth Foundation, $1 per player will be donated to Pink Ribbon Good, and the remaining Ace Fund will be awarded by Random.org drawing or throw-off, as determined by event staff.

Players are responsible for making sure we have a valid email address on file for payout notifications.

Any player receiving cash payouts over $600 must submit a completed Ohio W-9 before payment can be issued.

Event Staff & Volunteer Tip

Running a great event takes a lot of work. If you feel our team does a great job and would like to leave a tip, this is your chance.

All tips go directly to the TDs and volunteers who help make Hazy Shade events possible.

This is completely optional, but always appreciated.

Doubles Tournament Reminder

This is a team event. You must field the team listed on your registration by Friday, August 21, 2026, close of business.

Both players must be on time and ready for your assigned tee time.

If one teammate is late, the present teammate may begin the round, but they will not receive any extra throws. The late teammate may only join at the start of the next hole.

Teams may not join a hole after their assigned tee time has passed, even if the group ahead is still playing. If a team misses the start of a hole, that hole will be scored as par plus four.

Please choose a reliable partner. Picking someone you can count on helps keep the event running smoothly and makes the weekend more fun for everyone.

Division Selection

Please register in the division that best matches your current skill level. If you won or finished near the top last year, your PDGA rating has moved you up, or your partner belongs in a higher division, please register in the appropriate higher division.

Playing in the correct division keeps the event fair, competitive, and fun for everyone.

Scoring

We will be using UDisc scoring. Please make sure your UDisc username is included with your registration.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Hazy Shade Disc Golf & More is responsible for all event refunds and cancellations.

Players may receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the event may receive a partial refund, player pack only, or no refund, at the discretion of Hazy Shade Disc Golf & More.
