Join us for the 24th Annual Hazy Shade BYOP Doubles, a two-day, tee-time doubles event happening August 22–23, 2026.
This event includes:
2 rounds, 1 round per day

Bonus events and extras throughout the weekend
With the size of this event, tee time requests will not be accepted. Please plan to be available both days.
Cost
Registration is $130 per team total.
A $5 event fee per team is deducted from each team registration.
Optional $5 Ace Fund per player.
What You Need to Register
Please have the following ready when registering:
Team name
Email addresses for both players
Shirt sizes for both players
UDisc usernames or emails for both players
Ace Fund selection
If you do not have a UDisc account, please create a free one before the event.
Partner Policy
This is a team event. You must start and finish the event with the same partner.
Both players must be on time and ready for each assigned tee time. If one teammate is late, the present teammate may begin the round, but they will not receive any extra throws. The late teammate may only join at the start of the next hole.
No partner substitutions are allowed after play begins.
Missed holes will be scored as par plus four.
Divisions & Pools
Pools are capped based on course capacity, with no divisional caps unless otherwise noted.
Teams must register in the division that matches the higher-rated or higher-skilled player. No exceptions.
Final pool assignments, course assignments, tee order, and schedules will be posted closer to the event and are subject to change.
Tee Times
Rounds are expected to begin around 8:00 AM each day, with tee times running every 10–12 minutes based on course capacity and total player count.
Final tee times will be posted on UDisc before the event.
Weekend Extras
We’re building a full weekend of disc golf, bonus events, and fun starting Friday.

For 2026, the event will be limited to 3 total pools. Pools are based on course capacity, division size, and overall event flow.

A Pool will play Caesar Ford and Echo Valley.
B Pool

This pool is intended for intermediate and recreational amateur divisions.
B Pool will play Echo Valley and Sycamore Trails.
C Pool
MA3, MA50, MA60, Junior divisions, FA3, FA50, FA60, FJ divisions
This pool is intended for recreational, age-protected, and junior divisions.
C Pool will play Caesar Ford and Sycamore Trails.

Hazy Shade Disc Golf & More is responsible for all event refunds and cancellations.
Players may receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the event may receive a partial refund, player pack only, or no refund, at the discretion of Hazy Shade Disc Golf & More.
