Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. A few quick reminders:

1. We are setting up check-in at the Prairie Pavilion (on the right JUST before you get to the main parking lot). We will make sure to have a sign out at the entrance to that area.

2. There is another family-oriented event taking place near the lodge. We will be moving to the lodge area once that space becomes available, hopefully during round 1 or perhaps between rounds. The lodge itself is NOT available for use. Bathrooms ARE open and accessible from the outside doors.

3. Face covering/mask should be worn for check-in/registration, payouts, and times where you may need to interact with others and can not maintain social distancing space(such as asking questions of event staff, discussing round, etc.).

We understand that you all have your opinions about what is and what is not safe. We are asking that you work with us, respect beliefs of others, and work within guidelines put forth so that we can continue to work with the parks to offer events going forward.

4. We are planning a putt-putt side game between rounds. Pack a lunch/dinner and have some fun playing between rounds on the Labyrinth course.

There will be no player meeting on event day. OB, digital scoring, and other important information will be provided at player check-in (which will take place at Prairie Pavilion, NOT the lodge. This pavilion is on the right JUST before you get the what many call the DG parking lot. Please park here and check-in as there is another event taking place over near that lodge. We will make sure to have some signage up for you. (it is also presented in the first few minutes of the player meeting.)

AM Player pack is a player credit towards merchandise (discs, clothing, etc), a glow mini, hand warmers, and glow stick for your bag/cart(for use during round 2).

If you are interested in joining in and decorating, just want to help out, please let me know. It was fun to see everything last year. I would like to continue to grow this experience for you as players.
