NEW TOURNAMENT INFO!!!!

Good afternoon,

After discussing with PDGA Event Support we have been advised to change our event to a 2 round, 1 day event due to weather expectations for Sunday. The tournament pools will still play Saturday courses as planned.

To be extra clear, we will NOT be playing any rounds on Sunday.

If you would like to request a refund because of these changes we understand. If you know someone who will change their mind and want to play, registration will remain open until 8:00 PM today.

We will still host the poker party following the completion of today's rounds as planned.

We will have a player email with hole assignments sent out by 9:00 PM tonight.

Cody Park is marked and ready. The five short tee pads used for B pool should be correct on UDisc and they are marked by pink flags. We have not put a basket out for hole 16 yet, but we will soon. UDisc should be correct.

Rivers Edge is up and playable. We have not put out the tee signs yet, but tee areas are marked and should be accurate for both layouts on UDisc. We will be finalizing the course over the next couple of hours.

You can pay for your practice round at Rivers Edge by visiting the Golf Shop building. Remember, $10 per person for the practice round, and $10 per person for a cart.

We are located inside the restaurant, closest to the north entrance. Early check-in won't start until 4pm today, as the tournament directors will be surveying the Rivers Edge course for any final adjustments.

Hi TD, we’re traveling from out of town and keeping an eye on the Sunday forecast. With high winds and negative wind chills predicted, are there specific weather thresholds that would trigger a cancellation or delay for Sunday’s round? We’re concerned about the I-80 corridor in Wyoming potentially closing due to the wind, so knowing the 'go/no-go' plan ahead of time would really help us travel safely. Thanks!

UDisc has been updated for Cody Park. Hole #2 on UDisc was in the wrong position, that is fixed. The temp basket for hole #16 will be set up tomorrow. If the basket is not there, follow UDisc. It The basket will be moved a little closer, just at the end of the playground.

The tournament layout differs from the permanent layout to promote course flow and safety. Follow the Flatrock layout on UDisc for the tournament layout.

UDisc layouts have been updated for Cody Park for both A pool and B pool. You may notice that there are only 18 holes this year. We have made some adjustments based upon the feedback we have received these past couple of years.

A couple of the pin positions may change. If they do, those changes will be communicated.

We are working on recovering the layout for Rivers Edge. UDisc is helping with this process, and when complete, we will have the layouts built for A pool and B pool. Currently in the pictures section you will find an image of the layout. We will be using roughly the same layout as last year.
