FRIDAY:
Noon
Practice rounds will be available at River's Edge Golf Course. Cost $10 per person for the round, and $10 per person if a cart is rented. Course and cart availability subject to weather.

Early Check-in 4:00-8:00pm at River's Edge Golf Course

SATURDAY:
Player Check-in 7:30-8:30am at both courses(player packs will be at River's Edge Golf Course)

Round 1
A Pool - Shotgun Start 9am Cody Park
B Pool - Shotgun Start at River's Edge Golf Course is dependent on when grounds crew allows us on the grass, but will not be earlier than 9am with 15 minutes to get to starting hole.

End of Round 1
We will allow an hour for lunch. Time will start once the last card at a given course is handed in. Lunch can be purchased at River's Edge Golf Course at a discounted price for disc golfers. Lunch will consist of a main (details to come), chips, and a fountain drink.

Round 2 (Final Round)
A Pool - Shotgun Start(time will be announced) at River's Edge Golf Course
B Pool - Shotgun Start(time will be announced) at Cody Park

AWARDS
Awards will follow the completion of the respected 2nd rounds. Awards will be located at Rivers Edge.

Pool Assignments:
A Pool - All Open Divisions (excluding Pro Female Masters Divisions), MA1, MA2, and MA40
B Pool - FA1, FA2, MA3, FA3, MA4, FA4, Pro Female Masters Divisions, and Age Protected Junior and Masters Divisions

Playoff:
A Pool - Cody Park - Holes 1, 2, and 3 on repeat.
B Pool - Rivers Edge - Holes 1, 2, 17, and 18 on repeat.

$5 Ace Fund
If no ace is hit during the event, players will throw off for the ace fund. If an individual/individuals hit the ace throw off, they win ⅔ of the ace pot. If no one hits the ace throw off, then it comes down to the CTP. The closest to the pin wins a guaranteed ⅓ of the ace pot. If the closest to the pin is a Disc Gauntlet Bag Tag holder, they win ⅔ of the ace pot. Tag must be present to collect the 2/3 ace pot.

Disc Gauntlet is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. 100% refund up to 15 minutes before the designated tee time.

Refund & Waitlist
Our refund policy allows players to contact us up until 15 minutes before the designated tee time for a full refund. If no players drop out of the event before the designated time all waitlist players will receive a full refund.
In the event a player has not checked in by the designated time we will allow players to be upgraded from the waitlist to the active player list taking the spot on the card of the player who has not arrived.
