Thank you to John Minicuci for taking time to mark the course yesterday to get it ready for play today AND help run the tournament today AND donate multiple baskets along with Josh Schulte and Bill Sicora!!! Bob Turner, Dan James and Perry Fortin for helping out after the second round to help move it along faster. The more people that help the faster we all can get out of there. If anyone is interested in helping please ask me and I'll be happy to have you assist with something.

how come this tourney still hasnt become official? it doesnt show up on pdga yet....? just curious.

like it just hasnt showed up on pdga at all.... it still says unofficial. but another tourney i playin in in holly a couple weeks ago is already put up.

The event ended after the submission dead line to be included in this current update. That's the reason it's showing un official, I have no idea how that Tournament at Holly is already Official.

Pulled directly from the PDGA site: The fourth PDGA Player Ratings Update for 2018 events has been published. This update includes all of the 2018 events and corrections received by the submission deadline of June 5, 2018.

i didnt care bout it going toward my rating.... i was just curious cuz they usually show up a couple weeks later..... not a big deal.. i know it will be there eventually... was just asking out of curiosity. thank you chris.

Keith, you're correct about the last two tournaments being a couple weeks later because the deadline to submit them was quite literally the Tuesday afte the tournaments have ended. This one was the only exception, of course now that I say this the MCO is will be the same way.

Yes you pay to reg and if you do not make it in you will get a full refund

Only way to know if you're gonna get in or not is prepay to get on the waitlist and show up Sunday morning. 3 people have dropped already

Just so happens that a work trip allows me to be near Troy for this event. So I signed up! Any suggestions/recommendations for local disc shops? I'm bringing my bag but would like to check out the local scene.

Not much in the local area for disc shops. If you happen to pass thru Ypsilanti on your way check out The Throw Shop

If you go to John's Market which is located by the BP gas station about a mile and a half away from firefighters. They might have a selection of disc, just tell him Benny sent you from CJ
