So since it's full do I just register and pay and how will I know if I made the waiting list or not? Never done this before

Yes you pay to reg and if you do not make it in you will get a full refund

Only way to know if you're gonna get in or not is prepay to get on the waitlist and show up Sunday morning. 3 people have dropped already
