Dear Disc for Doggers,
Thank you for registering for our 2nd Discs for Dogs at New Belgium Brewing Company in Old Town Fort Collins on March 31st. We are excited to host a fun 21-hole pop-up course behind the brewery and have been working with the fine folks at New Belgium to allow us to design a course that is not only fun, but with safety in mind. They have asked us to follow a few rules while playing at the brewery and it is important for all of us to abide by these rules. Remember, in this charity tournament the most FUN wins!
PARKING:
Please park on the WEST side of the brewery in designated lots or on the streets WEST of the brewery. They have asked us not to park along the sidewalk to the south or in the Buckingham neighborhood and streets that are directly south of the New Belgium patio. Please see attached course map, with parking area labeled.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in will start at 12 noon to 1pm on the main patio at New Belgium near the stage. Look for our registration table to check-in and pick up your player packs.

ADULT EASTER EGG HUNT:
To make Discs for Dogs even more fun this Sunday, be sure to keep your eyes open for special colored plastic eggs that will be sprinkled along the course. New Belgium and 14er has graciously given us all kinds of fun things to fill the eggs -- but please only take one egg per participant!
FOOD TRUCK:
Following the tournament grab some food and enjoy live music on the New Belgium stage. The Fork Yeah food truck will be at New Belgium that day and offering $5 off your food for players. COURSE DESIGN:

Featuring two Mini holes. No Junior discs please. Make sure to get some practice in with your favorite mini. We will have some to give out as well!
Please stay on the designated course and do not go into the trailer area or fenced-in area.
Out of Bounds: (OB) road and fence are out of bounds.

PRACTICE ROUND:
The course will be ready for a practice round at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
We are approved to be there for one day only. Please do not show up and try to practice before the event.
Reminder on hole 21 both baskets count.
We have a special CTP sponsored by 14ers on hole 14! Whoever starts on hole 15 please grab the flag at the end.
Once you finish your hole please pick up the hole sponsorship sign and bring it back to Tournament Central as well. Thanks for helping us pack it in and pack it out.
RING OF Fire/Awards/Beer tokens:
The round should be over around 2:30 or 3:00.
After the round please turn in your scorecards to tournament Central on the patio by hole 21. At that time we will give you your beer tokens. Please allow a half an hour for score tallying. During that time there will be a lunch break and Ring of Fire. You must be present to win.
We have a special and challenging ‘Ring of Fire’ planned following the tournament and one that is sure to make a lasting impression on you and your partner. Do not be fooled, it will be harder to hit then you think! Mini's only!

ALCHOHOL POLICIES:
New Belgium does not allow any alcohol beyond their patio. THIS INCLUDES OUR POP-UP COURSE BEHIND THE BREWERY! You are permitted to drink on the patio and inside the brewery but please do not bring alcohol to drink while playing in Discs for Dogs.
DOG POLICIES:
Discs for Dogs is a charity tournament benefiting Big Bones Dog Rescue. We love dogs and welcome friendly dogs to join in the fun. However, all dogs need to be on a leash at all times. Please bring bags to pick up after your dog as well.
