A few notes about tomorrow:

1. We have asked the park to open a little earlier than their posted time. I have been told that the gates will be open at 7:30am. Reg/Check-in starts at 8:00, however if we are able to get set up early we can start before 8:00.

2. We would like to ask that you check-in with your partner in the morning. It will assist us with insuring things are taken care of correctly and efficiently on our end.

3. There is construction taking place on US-23, the highway which many of you will be traveling to get to the park in the morning. Please allow extra time to arrive at the course in the morning. Hopefully traffic will be light in the morning.

3. The concession stand at the park WILL NOT BE OPEN. You will have 1 hour from THE LAST CARD turned in from round 1 for lunch. Please plan accordingly. Bring a lunch or there are a several options close.

4. We have ace pool and a basket toss available. You can pay for these in the morning at check-in.

I think that is all for now. We are planning to check on the course today to see if there are any issues that we need to address.

I am having an issue with getting the mixed teams entered and getting them to appear on the event page. I have sent messages and working on finding a solution. If there is anything that looks off or out of whack, please let me know. I would like to submit the TD report to the PDGA late this week (probably not until Saturday)

Would like to get everything entered and posted here on Discgolfscene as well once I have the mixed division issue fixed.

Thank you to TEAM WC GLOW members for your help during registration, scoring, and cash payouts. Like everything, events run smooth because of the help that is provided. Could not have done this without you.

I am sure that I am forgetting some folks and do not intend to....Thank you to everyone who helped out today.....seriously, having over 100 people at the event was awesome to see.

If there are areas we need to improve on we want to know. If there was something about the vent you really liked, we would like to know as well.

All other players wishing to play Daywalker's will need to register in person tomorrow morning at Independence Lake. Registration will take place near Hole 1.

Weather is improving each day for this weekend's event. Lets hope this trend continues.

We will be offering a basket toss in between rounds on Saturday. $5 gets you 4 throw at winning a brand new MVP Black Hole Pro basket. You can also buy additional throw for $1 each. I am expecting good participation so it is likely that we can offer several folks who did not win the basket (as in 2nd place, 3rd, place, etc) something from our inventory. You can pay for the basket toss at check-in.

We also have an ace pool available as well. Is no one hits an ace, you will throw off for the ace pool money following the conclusion of round 2.
