Tournament refund / cancellation policy Disc Golf Vermont is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Early registration $40 is non-refundable. PDGA refund policy will be followed. A fee of $10 will be applied to all refund requests as specified in the PDGA Policy. Summary: 100% refund if withdrawn at least 30 days before the event date. 50% refund if withdrawn at least 15 days prior to the event date. 25% refund if withdrawn before 48 hours prior to the event date. No refunds for withdrawals within 48 hours of the event start. Exception: A full refund will be given if a player's spot is filled from the waitlist. Refunds will not be issued after registration closes. Two ways to withdraw: There is a "Cancel / Request Refund" link in your email confirmation from DiscGolfScene.com. You can also click the "Registered Players" link in the event, where you will find an "Edit" and "Withdraw" button. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
