Congratulations on finishing round 1! Tee times are up on the PDGA website through this link, https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/64885. Please pay attention to MP40 as your tee times are much earlier. For rounds 2 and 3 hole 11 has OB to the right marked by orange flags. There will be water and snacks on the course again tomorrow at Reidy. I am working to get more info about Goat Hill. I will be at Goat Hill early tomorrow to get the MP40 guys situated. We have event items available at the tents at Reidy. I ordered everyone a shirt that is available for purchase for $20. We also have raffle going for a brand new R3 Ridge Roller cart. Purchases at the tents help me run these DGMT events as this is what is funding the tour for 2023. Any and all support is appreciated! This is your tournament director Callie McMorran. In this email you will find the course layout, link to the hole assignments, Caddy book, link to live scoring and more.

First, I want to thank you all for participating in the first DGMT event ever! I am hopeful that this is the first of many!

Tee times:

Here is the link to your tee times, if this is your first PDGA Tournament. Please note that your tee time will likely change for rounds 2 and 3, rounds 2 and 3 placement is based on score. When you click on the link scroll down to your name, by your name will be a time under the "Tee time" column. This is when you will be starting. Please arrive an hour before your tee time on the first day to check-in if you haven't already.

MP40 players please note that you will be playing early Saturday and Sunday starting at 7am. I will have your tee times up asap!

Check-in:

Please arrive at the course with plenty of time to go through the check-in process. When you arrive you will need to come to the LARGE Innova camper near hole one (parked in the parking lot) and grab your players pack and check in. If you haven't played in one of my events before please note that I have A LOT of products to look through. So please allow yourself time to get what you want. On Friday player check-in begins at 7:00 AM and goes until an hour before the last tee time.

Live Scoring:

Here is the link to the live scoring website. On every card two players will be required to keep score through this website. Yes, I said two. The PDGA has just changed the website so that two players can keep score at the same time. This allows the website to check for errors as you play your round.

Lunch:

There will be a food truck in the parking lot each day along with hot dogs and sandwiches in the pro shop. There is coffee in the mornings along with breakfast sandwiches.

Payout:

Projected Payout is posted on the PDGA website. Please note that if you're in an amateur field you're playing for trophies only. Pros receive cash (PayPal) pros do not need to stick around for payout unless they want to shop or they take 1st place. We will have first place trophies for all divisions.

Things to note:
Always avoid walking on golf greens unless absolutely necessary!

No 2 meter rule for this event

All cart paths are out of bounds please read the tee signs to know if they play as rivers. Curbs are out of bounds.

All sand traps are hazards and you play where it lies with a one stroke penalty.

All golf greens are out of bounds and you play from where you were last in bounds with a penalty stroke.

There are restrooms on holes 1, 9 (clubhouse) and 13.

There is water and snacks on holes 1 and 13.

OB rules

Hole 3 - Please pay extra attention to everyone teeing off. Discs can get lots in the Reids easily.

Hole 11 - has a spotter for the MP40 and MP50 groups.

Hole 11 - has a man made bridge so please be cautious!

Hole 17 - is now a par 4 for the MP40 and MP50 divisions.

Hole 18 - has a casual area in the fairway where players may use casual relief. Casual Relief (the player's lie may be relocated without penalty to the nearest lie which is farther from the target and is on the line of play, at the nearest point that provides relief.) This area is holding water and is dangerous please use caution.

All players have free spectator passes to the challenge at goat hill. Just tell them your name at the gate and you can get in.

There is a raffle to win a brand new R3 Ridge Roller for $1 per ticket winner will be drawn on Sunday.

Early Player Check-in will start tomorrow from 10-2pm. For any MP60 players I need to fix a few tee signs on the back 9 of the course. However, if you play before I get to it you are playing the same layout as the FP50 women which are on all the signs. I have put pallets over the water leading to hole 11. Please be careful when using them!! It isn’t the best looking solution but it works. I will also be adding some signs to help players guide the course. I plan to get those made tomorrow morning and get them put out asap. Please note that the tunnel is flooded that leads to hole 11 so you have to go through the gate and across the street to get to hole 11. I will add signage to help with this. Pros do get a small players pack and do need to check-in before teeing off on Friday. Players CAN check-in on Friday prior to their tee time so if you can’t get off of work do not stress. We will get it taken care of. I am open to any and all feedback, good or bad! So please speak up! Thank you all for playing, I’ll see you soon!

Okay all the caddy books were re-sent for the third time. The email that starts with the three *** is the correct email. Sorry for the confusion. These are now PDFs and smaller files. I am headed to the print shop to get these made and put in the ground. Holes 12 and 14s baskets need to be switched for the layout that we are playing. You can still practice these holes. Please note that MP40 and FP40 are playing Goat hill Saturday and Sunday with golf carts. All other divisions are playing Reidy all three rounds.

First, I want to thank you all for participating in the first DGMT event ever! I am hopeful that this is the first of many!

Course Layout:


Reidy Creek will be playing a combination of Paver tees, Blue tees and White tees. I have created a caddy book to make this much easier. I plan to have tee signs printed ASAP so you won't need to look at your phone during the round unless you want to. Please let me know if you see any errors or have any questions. I want to apologize for the delay on this. Making a caddy book from scratch takes a lot of time but I got it done. With that being said I had to make 3 different caddy books for different divisions so there may be an error. So please let me know if you see anything that is questionable. Thank you!
Saturday and Sunday MP40 and FP40 will be playing at Goat Hill.
All other divisions will be playing the same layout at Reidy Creek all three days.

Am I understanding the Goat Hill schedule correctly that practice rounds there are only allowed between 650am and 1050am for tee times? Additionally, for MP40 tee times, is the likely plan that we'll be teeing off prior to the MPO and FPO divisions? Trying to consider my flight schedule and other logistics. Thank you!
