This is your tournament director Callie McMorran. In this email you will find the course layout, link to the hole assignments, Caddy book, link to live scoring and more.
First, I want to thank you all for participating in the first DGMT event ever! I am hopeful that this is the first of many!
Tee times:
Here is the link to your tee times, if this is your first PDGA Tournament. Please note that your tee time will likely change for rounds 2 and 3, rounds 2 and 3 placement is based on score. When you click on the link scroll down to your name, by your name will be a time under the "Tee time" column. This is when you will be starting. Please arrive an hour before your tee time on the first day to check-in if you haven't already.
MP40 players please note that you will be playing early Saturday and Sunday starting at 7am. I will have your tee times up asap!

Check-in:
Please arrive at the course with plenty of time to go through the check-in process. When you arrive you will need to come to the LARGE Innova camper near hole one (parked in the parking lot) and grab your players pack and check in. If you haven't played in one of my events before please note that I have A LOT of products to look through. So please allow yourself time to get what you want. On Friday player check-in begins at 7:00 AM and goes until an hour before the last tee time.
Live Scoring:
Here is the link to the live scoring website. On every card two players will be required to keep score through this website. Yes, I said two. The PDGA has just changed the website so that two players can keep score at the same time. This allows the website to check for errors as you play your round.

Lunch:
There will be a food truck in the parking lot each day along with hot dogs and sandwiches in the pro shop. There is coffee in the mornings along with breakfast sandwiches.
Payout:
Projected Payout is posted on the PDGA website. Please note that if you're in an amateur field you're playing for trophies only. Pros receive cash (PayPal) pros do not need to stick around for payout unless they want to shop or they take 1st place. We will have first place trophies for all divisions.
Things to note:
Always avoid walking on golf greens unless absolutely necessary!
No 2 meter rule for this event
All cart paths are out of bounds please read the tee signs to know if they play as rivers. Curbs are out of bounds.
All sand traps are hazards and you play where it lies with a one stroke penalty.
All golf greens are out of bounds and you play from where you were last in bounds with a penalty stroke.
There are restrooms on holes 1, 9 (clubhouse) and 13.
There is water and snacks on holes 1 and 13.
OB rules
Hole 3 - Please pay extra attention to everyone teeing off. Discs can get lots in the Reids easily.
Hole 11 - has a spotter for the MP40 and MP50 groups.
Hole 11 - has a man made bridge so please be cautious!
Hole 17 - is now a par 4 for the MP40 and MP50 divisions.
Hole 18 - has a casual area in the fairway where players may use casual relief. Casual Relief (the player's lie may be relocated without penalty to the nearest lie which is farther from the target and is on the line of play, at the nearest point that provides relief.) This area is holding water and is dangerous please use caution.
All players have free spectator passes to the challenge at goat hill. Just tell them your name at the gate and you can get in.
There is a raffle to win a brand new R3 Ridge Roller for $1 per ticket winner will be drawn on Sunday.
