The course sponsor will have their logos displayed throughout the course on tee signs. Along with any other assets the sponsor provides. They will be listed in the caddy book along with promotion throughout social media. This will allow you to vend on site throughout the weekend.
This will add your logo to the Maple Hill Masters t-shirts. This will allow you to vend throughout the weekend up to a 10x10 space.

There will be a CTP all three rounds for each pool. You must by into the CTP to participate. The prizes will be based on participation value.

There will be a poker tournament on the night of the fly mart. This will be a minimum buy in of $20 with a max of $100. You can rebuy up to 2 times. This will be managed by a former pit boss and a professional dealer. This will be paid out in merchandise on site. You can get up and cash out at any time. This event will have custom poker table toppers, poker chips and cards. Pizza and beer will be available. Hope you can join us!
These are high quality sublimated jerseys. These are mesh 150 vibrant colors and premium design. This will have the Maple Hill Masters logo and maple hill background design. This will be a collector item for sure.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy Withdrawal & Refund Policy Players must contact the Tournament Director directly to officially withdraw from the event. • On or before July 22: Full refund of entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee. • July 23 – August 6: Full refund minus $10 only if the player’s spot is filled from the waitlist. If not filled, TD may provide either a 50% refund or the player pack (minus shipping). • August 7 – August 19: Refund only if the spot is filled from the waitlist.
