    Early player check-in.
    Check-in is required prior to your first tee time for the event on Friday.

    (PLAYERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN ON THURSDAY.) This is just to give players the option to skip the line and check-in early.

    Amateurs are encouraged to check-in early to have the best variety for their players packs. This is first come, first serve. There will be plenty of options however, things can get picked over quickly so if you have a specific disc in mind early check-in is a must.

    FREE Practice day.
    Greens fees are waived for all competitors playing in the DGMT event. This will be reimbursed at check-in.

    All players are required to check-in before their round at the grit trailer. If you checked-in on Thursday just be at hole 1 ten minutes before your scheduled tee-time.

    There will be FREE pizza and Soda!

    The game room will be open with pool, skee ball, foosball, air hockey and more. Pizza will be available in the game room!

    Poker Tournament!
    $20 buy in.
    Custom poker chips. Custom Poker table toppers.
    This will be paid out in merchandise of winners choice. Players can buy in up to two times. Players can get up at any time and cash out. This is always a blast. Your assistant TD is a professional Poker dealer from Las Vegas. It’ll be legit.

This is a three-day, three-round, tee-time event.

Maple Hill members will have their greens fees reimbursed at player check-in. Maple Hill will handle those reimbursements.

If a 55+ or 65+ division does not have at least 3 players, that division will be collapsed into the nearest eligible age-protected division.

Practice Information

Practice Days: Monday–Wednesday
• Greens fees are $30 early in the morning
• Greens fees are $10 later in the day

Women play free on Wednesday.

Thursday is a FREE practice day.
Please book your tee time through the website. If you are charged, you will be reimbursed at the clubhouse during check-in.

Refund policy

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Players must contact the Tournament Director directly to officially withdraw from the event.

• On or before July 22: Full refund of entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee.
• July 23 – August 6: Full refund minus $10 only if the player’s spot is filled from the waitlist. If not filled, TD may provide either a 50% refund or the player pack (minus shipping).
• August 7 – August 19: Refund only if the spot is filled from the waitlist. If not filled, TD may provide either a 25% refund or the player pack (minus shipping).
• August 20 or later: No refunds.
