Monday, September 5th will be the event at Williamsburg. It is going to be a 1 round event, with a shotgun start at 9a. We will play the the WHITE tees and a total of 27 holes. The course particulars with OB and such for each hole will be posted in the comment section of the event on Disc Golf Scene. That will be found here:

A special thanks to all the Williamsburg faithful for all their hard work. These folks take great pride in their course, and work hard to give the disc golf community a great challenge with some scenic and challenging holes. They have been working hard for weeks in preparation. It definitely doesn't go unnoticed. The course is well marked and labeled. Because of them, we have 3 events scheduled at the Burg this year. We respect and appreciate each one of them. A special thanks to Jeff and Troy for always going above and beyond for us.
Here is the schedule of events. We will check people in at the front shelter. After the round, we will be set up in the parking area so that the shelter can be used by paying park goers.
The schedule will look like this:
8-845a - Player Check In
9a - Shotgun start
Immediately following will be Awards and Ace Throw Off if not hit during the round
There will not be a players meeting. It is on each player to check in so we know you are here. It only takes a moment, and helps us to make sure each card is at the minimum of 3 per card. Please check in face to face with Cheryl or myself at the shelter.
We will be playing 27 holes from the WHITE tees. The flow will go as follows. We are NOT playing 18 and 19.
A, B, C, 1-16, 17A, D, 20, 21, E, 22-24
There's a chance of rain so plan ahead. Things are marked well. Any standing water/casual water in fairways (mainly hole 5) will be played as casual with relief and no penalty.
For all players who are in the ACE Fund, if it is not hit, we will do a throw off and the ACE Fund will go to the closest disc.
For those in the 50/50 CTP contest, the 3 holes used will be 15, 21 and 24.
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and then a secondary form of scoring per card (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: burg
You should be able to see what hole you are starting on by Sunday evening in PDGA event page.

Cards will be made of of primarily 4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division.
All Pro divisions will receive their payouts via PayPal and all AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
If there is a tie, we will start the playoff on hole A and continue until there is a winner.
It's going to be a great day. Thank you for signing up to be a part of it. We look forward to seeing you all Monday.
Please contact us with any questions you may have.
Thanks and have a great weekend,
Josh and Cheryl
