Team check-in is from noon to 12:30 PM. Tournament Central is located near hole one at Jones West.
We will have a brief player meeting at 12:45 PM. Teams will then be asked to group with one other team and send groups to their starting hole. Shotgun start for all competitors at 1 PM.

PRIZES AND PAYOUTS
Each player will receive a custom event disc and other swag items as their player pack. Players who played in the singles round will not receive a second disc for the doubles round.
There are NO payouts for this event since it is a fundraiser.

Cancellations and refund requests must be made by email to [email redacted].
More than 7 days before the event, cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
Participants canceling under seven days from the tournament date will receive their refund in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
If the participant fails to contact us properly to cancel their spot before the event start, they will forfeit their entry fee for the event. We will give no player’s packages to non-competitors instead of entry fees or store credit.
