Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Charleston Disc Golf Community Women's Committee is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. All refunds will be processed in accordance with PDGA policy.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15+ days of the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund with exception of PayPal fees.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee per team.

Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. Exception will be made for this event if the withdrawing team finds another team to take their place at the time of the withdrawal request if there are no teams on the waitlist. In this instance, the team will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee.l per team.
