About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This is a women's doubles event and teams are made up of two women each. There is a rating cap for all teams. If a player on your team has never received a PDGA rating, they will be assigned a rating of 725.
Three divisions will be offered:
Gold division: team rating 1800+
Blue division: team rating <1800, individual player ratings may not exceed 970
White division: team rating <1575, individual player ratings may not exceed 935
Player pack:
Registered participants in the blue and white divisions (amateur divisions) will receive a PDGA disc.
Registered participants in the gold division (professional division) will be competing for cash payouts and will not receive a player pack. Please contact me if your team is only eligible for the gold division (based on ratings) but prefers to receive a player pack in lieu of cash payout.
Format:
Round 1- modified best throw- you must use 9 drives from each player then play best throw until you complete the hole
Round 2- modified best throw- you must use 9 drives from each player then play best throw until you complete the hole

Tees:
Short tees both rounds
This is a “True Amateur” event. The true spirit of organized amateur athletics is competing in a sport purely for the love of that sport and the act of competition itself. Trophies will be presented to the top finishers of the tournament rather than a payout in merchandise.
Teams per division - Trophies will be provided to ALL divisions based on the following criteria:
<5 - 1st Place Only
<12 - 1st and 2nd Place
<30 - 1st-3rd Places
PDGA membership is not required, and non-member fees are waived for this event. All ages and skill levels are welcome.

Refund policy
Charleston Disc Golf Community Women's Committee is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. All refunds will be processed in accordance with PDGA policy.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15+ days of the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund with exception of PayPal fees.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee per team.
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. Exception will be made for this event if the withdrawing team finds another team to take their place at the time of the withdrawal request if there are no teams on the waitlist. In this instance, the team will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee.l per team.
