Day of Event: Tournament Central will be set up above the Tennis Courts. Players Packs, Score Card turn in and Raffle will be at this location. Electronic Score Cards are encouraged. There is no need to check in before your tee time, you can get a paper score card at hole 1 at your tee time. You can get your players pack after your round.

-Social Distancing should be practiced and please do not come to the event if you have Covid symptoms, these can be looked up on the CDC website if you are unsure.

-The bathrooms are open, however, the water fountains are turned off so please bring adequate water for your round.

-Practice rounds can be played the week before the event, no practice rounds can be played the day of the event. The yellow practice basket for putting won’t be available so hole 1 isn’t interfered with. The benches are open, please don’t congregate at this location.

Electronic Score Cards: Event scoring and hole assignment are being handled electronically through the PDGA Tournament Manager and the PDGA Digital Scorecard.

Paper scorecards are still going to be allowed for the round

Payout Schedule:
After your division is complete on Sunday the awards and payouts will be given. No Awards ceremony because of social distancing.

Raffle: $5 raffle ticket, only 100 will be sold. You can purchase anytime on Saturday and winners will be posted on Sunday.

OB’S: Use 2 meter rule and use all PDGA player rules.
Please be aware of park users and do not throw when a person is on the paths or in your flight line (even a shank line).
Outside of the park (Over fence or sidewalk), inside Tennis Courts and the soccer field are OB. Pond and all of the creeks are OB, including the spillway on 16. The pools of water that are sometimes around hole 7’s current basket placement AREN’T OB and you can take relief behind the water (in accordance with rule 803.02 A). The Drainage ditch that is sometimes wet directly behind and to the left of hole 17’s current placement will not be OB. MANDO holes 5,9, 18 are re-tees, the mando is to the left of the signed tree and MANDO on 7 is a re-tee and to the right of the signed tree. Mando on hole 11 is the signed tree to the right of the current placement. The sign is obscured by the leafy tree directly before it, There is a concrete drop zone directly to the right of the basket.
