Great question, Paul. As Lobo mentioned, the windows of time in which each division will tee off will be constant throughout the weekend, but your cards and exact tee times will vary based on your total score following your round each day. This means you may be playing at a different time within your division window each day. Hope this helps!

Hi Josh. Good question. This decision was based on discussions with the full tournament team (Karl, Gabe, Jeff & myself). The baskets will be in the long positions for Day 1 from the shorts, with some of the shorter basket positions currently in place on the course being utilized in play on Day 2 or 3. The layout from the shorts that MPO is playing on Day 1 is 7,000 ft in length, which is already longer than many other tournament rounds around the province. If you’re really looking forward to stretching your arm next weekend, Day 2 and 3 will utilize a layout for MPO that is about 8500 - 9000 ft in length. All that being said, we know that a good round of disc golf is not just about length, but also about being able to properly place your shots. The different layouts and lengths played each day will add both interest and complexity to each of the rounds played.

Thanks for your call outs on how good the course is looking. Gabe and many volunteers have been working really hard to bring the best event forward to the players. We look forward to seeing you in less than 5 days! :)

This allows for specific tournament details to be finalized (including registration) and avoids scheduling adjustments and confusion. I would recommend considering the tournament to be a full day commitment as a round at Project15 is expected to take about 4 hours.

There will be a tentative schedule posted on Disc Golf Scene this evening, with time blocks for when each division can expect to have scheduled tee times, based on where we currently stand with the registration. Sadly there have been a few cancellations, which has been causing some changes to the schedule. Exact tee times will be published Thursday on the PDGA tournament site once we know the registration list has been finalized. Looking forward to seeing everyone later this week!
