How soon will we know if we get in off the waitlist?

I've been processing refunds all day today. I'll keep checking tonight and again first thing tomorrow. If you don't get an email with a registration link, unfortunately, there isnt a spot.

Kyle Foreman    February 4, 2021 at 1:10pm

I need to drop out of the tournament. I’ve done the withdrawal on here twice. Once on Tuesday and again yesterday. I have the confirmation emails but i have yet to hear back from anybody or receive my refund. Can someone at least confirm that you got my refund request?

Ken Olson   February 4, 2021 at 1:24pm

Refund sent. I apologize for the delay.

James Maverick    February 4, 2021 at 1:10pm

Sustained an injury and sadly have to withdraw. Sent my refund request days ago and haven't heard anything. I want to make sure the next player on the WL is entered and has enough time to know they're in.

Do we have a report time for Saturday morning yet? Also just wanting to verify that we are playing 1 round from blues and 1 round from white, correct?

Aaron McLeod   January 27, 2021 at 4:22am

That is correct. Round 1 from Blues, round 2 from Whites.

Forrest Dyer   January 27, 2021 at 11:10am

Ok thank you Aaron, do we have a check-in time yet for the morning?

Ken Olson   January 28, 2021 at 6:59pm

Check in will start at 8:00 am both days. I'll post a schedule shortly.

Wilson Harris    January 26, 2021 at 6:03pm

Hello, I have lost or accidentally deleted my confirmation email. I would like to include my recent PDGA membership to the tournament.

Please update the registration for Wilson Harris with PDGA number 158684. Thank you

I've updated your registration.

Ken Olson    January 4, 2021 at 8:26pm

Just an FYI, The PDGA has the Saturday and Sunday groups listed as separate events on the PDGA calendar. However, the registration link and field of current players is only on the Sunday event page that is listed as the MA1, MA40, MA50 field.

So someone asked me a good question and I couldn't answer so I figured you could probably answer it better but TimeWise wise are we playing back pads and front pads or are we playing a All Star layout with shorts or vice versa

Ken Olson   January 4, 2021 at 9:08pm

round 1 will play the Blue (long) tees, round 2 will play the White (short) tees.

Nick Guffey   January 4, 2021 at 9:11pm

That's what I thought just wanted to be sure. Thank you and hope all is well with you man

Brandon Hash    January 2, 2021 at 1:37am

Im on the waitlist for MA3. Can I change to MA2 waitlist?

Ken Olson   January 2, 2021 at 12:36pm

Done.

Ray Davenport    December 29, 2020 at 3:27pm

Just here to encourage consideration of the female division having more than 5 available spots. Not sure where that number came from but it seems like making it at least 10 would be more appropriate.

Thank you Ray! I’d like to point out that their are 7 women on the waitlist. 140% on the waitlist.

I have to follow the Waitlist in order. You gentlmen are #2 and #3.

Adam Flowe   December 28, 2020 at 11:25pm

We aren’t gentlemen

LJ Wobker   January 20, 2021 at 1:06am

OK, this was funny.

Mark Guiditta    December 28, 2020 at 11:04pm

Hi There, I signed up myself and my neighbor, Ryan Sattelberg and he was put on the waitlist? How can this be fixed so he can play? We both are in for the recreational division.

Thank you,
Mark

Or intermediate? I would love to secure him a spot, please!

Ken Olson   December 28, 2020 at 11:13pm

He is #1 on the waitlist, so when there are changes, He'll be in first

Mark Guiditta   December 28, 2020 at 11:18pm

Okay, thank you Ken!

Josh Lakenan    December 28, 2020 at 11:01pm

Can we get some more info about this? How many rounds is it? Any player pack?

Ken Olson   December 28, 2020 at 11:04pm

Each player will play 2 rounds. 1 from the Blue Tees and 1 from the White Tees. Due to COVID restrictions, we are limited to 50 players on the course at any time. There are 2 pools, each will play their 2 rounds on Saturday OR Sunday. There will be a player pack.

Nicholas Huener   December 28, 2020 at 11:07pm

Ken Olson   December 28, 2020 at 11:11pm

Edward naylon    December 27, 2020 at 2:24am

Please let me know if you are interested and who I should contact. [email redacted]
