I got in off the waitlist. The link I recieved via email wants me to select a shirt size (mens medium) and select the division I'm registered for (MA2) but when I select submit I get an error that the division is full. I looked at the tourney website and it does show that I'm currently registered. Can you confirm that?

Just wanted to give an update.

The divisions are set as they are right now. It's a bit wonky but I tried to accommodate as much as I could. We have 2 slots open but I am leaving them for FA players. If by the day before the event that we still have not gotten those slots filled, then I will go ahead and put in the top 2 of the waitlist at that time.

Layout!
We did a workday at the Aviary yesterday to get everything cleaned up and ready to go. The course is mostly set for Round 2 for you all. We poured 3 new pin placements so you will be the first to compete on those spots in a tournament. Layout is subject to change but I will make an effort to post something here to you all so you know what is up. If any questions or oversights, feel free to let me know and I'll be sure to quickly address it. It is in Round 2 layout so you can try some of the new pin placements.

OBs:

In the creek and beyond is OB except for holes 1 and 19.
Must be surrounded by water, and it is a card call as there are not painted lines along the shore.
Across any fence line (impound lot)
There are OB lines marked with flags and paint on holes 11/13 and 18.

Hole 1 - Playing to 3's long position on top of the hill, sidewalk and bridge play as a hazard, so if you land on the concrete path or the bridge, play it where it lies with a stroke penalty. If you go in the water, the drop zone will be by 1's short placement. I'll get that flagged and painted before the event.

Hole 2 - Play normal tee to right position

Hole 3 - Normal tee to short position

Hole 4 - Playing to spot on the hill

Hole 5 - Playing short red basket on right, only OB is in the water and beyond.

Hole 6 - Short right

Hole 7 - Long right

Hole 8 - Long straight

Hole 9 - Middle, no mando on this hole

Hole 10 - Long right (wait for hole 11 to tee off first)

Hole 11 - Straight behind the trees. OB line separates hole 11 and 13. There is also a mando tree that players must stay left of. If you go out of bounds, play it from where last in bounds. If you go out of bounds, miss the mando, and then land in the inbounds area, you are still legally out of bounds and play it from where it went out. There is no drop zone for missed mando. Let me know if that is not clear.

Hole 12 - NEW PIN PLACEMENT! This is a straight shot along the left side of the fairway. Watch out for the creek very close to the left.

Hole 13 - Middle placement, OB line running right side of fairway.

Hole 14 - Straight, must be mando left of the marked tree

Hole 15 - NEW PIN PLACEMENT! Pin is now tucked further back on the lower level and closer to the hill. Right by the stairs heading to the upper placement.

Hole 16 - Long straight

Hole 17 - NEW PIN PLACEMENT! Pin is now on top of the hill on the left side by the tree. Players will throw from the regular tee and then proceed up to the top shelf to finish up the hole. This area is still wildly grown so if no spotter, send up a 2nd set of eyes to watch. Also, path up to that area is not defined yet, but best bet is to go to the top of the walking path and then walk back to the hole.

Hole 18 - Right placement. The flag OB line is to keep players on the top part. The lower area where it is dry is considered OB from the flag line right and beyond. The flag line continues along the back of the hole and stops at the walking path. The OB line continues indefinitely east/west along that southern side. We cannot flag it as it would confuse hole 4.

Hole 19 - Shoot from the upper tee. Sidewalk path, bridge left and beyond is OB. Play from where last in bounds. If you land in the water, proceed to the drop zone. Drop zone is on the western side of the bridge and will be flagged and painted prior to the event.

Hello all, I have opened it up to 90 players. We have 12 spots available right now that are free to whomever, and we have an additional 9 spots reserved just for ladies. I put it down as FA1 and FA2, but I will gladly open up a division if it is requested. Ideally, I'd like to have 3 to a division but you can't always get what you want.

This is shaping up to be a fun event. Can't wait for April!
