I can clarify that better. Basically 7:30 to 8:15 is regular check in. And then 8:15 to 8:30 will be late check in and finally 8:30 to 8:45 is when I'll start putting waitlisters in for the ones that don't check in.

Late Check in is just that, it's letting people know that they are technically late but can still get in. Almost like the yellow light. Then when it hits 830 and people havent checked in, I pull them off the board and put in waitlisters that may have shown up. I am not going to deviate from the schedule and basically keep it pretty prompt.
