Zilker Disc Golf Course this Saturday, Dec. 9th: Short Work Day plus 46th Waterloo prize pickup

11:00am – 12:30pm: spreading mulch
12:30 – 2:00pm prize pickup (raffle, auction, CTP, player pack, trophy, cash)

11-12:30 Please come help us finish up… we have some small piles of mulch at some of the baskets and tee boxes that didn’t get spread out during It’s My Park Day a few weeks ago. We’ll have tools and work gloves, just need some people. They aren’t big piles so with enough people we should be able to knock them out pretty quickly

12:30-2pm We will have the 46th Waterloo DG Classic physical prize stuff like raffle prizes, auction items, CTP prizes, trophies, player packs, plus the pro divisions cash payouts from singles and doubles. Come collect your stuff.
Sorry, but we will NOT have all our merchandise out there for amateur divisions payout. Next chance for that will be Ice Bowl in late Jan. or early Feb.

For both the work and the prize pickup, we’ll be set up over by hole #1, either at the table by the tee box or in the parking lot.

There is a list of people that we know will have stuff there at the bottom of this email.

ALSO, if you never looked at your raffle tickets (or looked but never let us know which prizes you won), check out the list here and come on down to collect. Hey there all you 46th Waterloo Players 
We’d like to ask you to please hit up the ATMs before heading down to Waterloo this year.

It really helps us out if you can pay cash; for doubles, sales, silent auction, check-in stuff like ace pot, etc. We will have a Square reader available to take credit cards, but that can really slows things down. Cash it is just faster and easier.

Sorry, but we do not have any other electronic payment options available (no paypal, venmo, or others).

Please put these on your phone, both map and rules. There are a lot of things that change from course to course and even hole to hole like drop zones, OB, mandos, etc.

Between the Universal Rrules for both courses, the General Rules for each course, and then the hole by hole Specific Rules for each course, everything should be covered, but you need to read it carefully to make sure you are playing each hole correctly.

Always remember, when in doubt, use the PDGA's Provisional rule to cover yourself.

The Father Dave McC-Note Challenge spots went FAST last night, gone in just under 30 minutes. Thank You to everyone who registered as a “McC-Noter” :)

For both the ‘Women Only’ and the ‘Regular Registration’ periods, if you want you CAN STILL opt in to the Father Dave McC-Note Challenge. It no longer has the benefit of saving your spot, but you will be helping out the charity plus you’ll get a cool McC-Note goodie in your player’s pack. Every year a number of people do this, you can be one of them this year.

To be a Father Dave McC-Note Challenger, there is an option to select after the sponsorship, ace pot, and ring-of-fire questions. Choose the option that corresponds to your division and it will bring your entry fee up to $125.

If you don’t want to do it, just select the “No Thanks” choice.

If you choose to be a Father Dave McC-Note Challenger, then DON’T select the ace pot optional $5 – the ace pot fee is INCLUDED in your McC-Note amount.

Also, If you choose to be a Father Dave McC-Note Challenger AND you are not active with the PDGA, the system will automatically charge you the $10 non-active pdga fee (sorry, but there is no way to turn this off), but don’t worry… we will refund you that $10 through DG Scene within a week or so, or we can refund you in cash when you check in at the tournament.
