THANK YOU to everyone who bought tickets!!! If you have any of these that you haven’t claimed yet, here is what to do:
Take a pic of the winning ticket(s) and email it to [email redacted], please include your full name.
Once I have replied that I’ve seen it, I will put your name on the prize pack.
You can now discard the ticket(s).
To pick up your prize(s):
We will have a “Raffle Pick Up” opportunity soon; maybe this weekend or maybe sometime after NADGT is finished on Nov. 4th.
By then it will be getting dark early, so it will likely be on a Saturday or Sunday.
We will post more info about the pickup date, time, and location once we get it set.

Here are links to the map file and rules file.
Please put these on your phone, both map and rules. There are a lot of things that change from course to course and even hole to hole like drop zones, OB, mandos, etc.
Between the Universal Rrules for both courses, the General Rules for each course, and then the hole by hole Specific Rules for each course, everything should be covered, but you need to read it carefully to make sure you are playing each hole correctly.
Always remember, when in doubt, use the PDGA's Provisional rule to cover yourself.

We are back at the Hancock (ball) Golf Course again this year, hooray!
We are also back to our pre-pandemic format of 3 rounds for singles - 2 rounds on Sat. and 1 round on Sun. - and shotgun starts (so no tee times for singles this year).
Last year's event raised $10,700 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas (RMH), bringing our grand total donation to RMH to more than $176,000!
-------------------------------------------------------------------
46th Waterloo is a HOTT Points event.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Online signups for the remaining Father Dave McC-Note spots begins Thu. Aug. 3rd at 8:30pm
After that, Women Only signups start Mon. Aug. 7th at 8pm.
Then Regular Registration starts Wed. Aug 9th at 8pm.
-------------------------------------------------
The Father Dave McC-Note Challenge spots went FAST last night, gone in just under 30 minutes. Thank You to everyone who registered as a “McC-Noter” :)
For both the ‘Women Only’ and the ‘Regular Registration’ periods, if you want you CAN STILL opt in to the Father Dave McC-Note Challenge. It no longer has the benefit of saving your spot, but you will be helping out the charity plus you’ll get a cool McC-Note goodie in your player’s pack. Every year a number of people do this, you can be one of them this year.
To be a Father Dave McC-Note Challenger, there is an option to select after the sponsorship, ace pot, and ring-of-fire questions. Choose the option that corresponds to your division and it will bring your entry fee up to $125.
If you don’t want to do it, just select the “No Thanks” choice.
If you choose to be a Father Dave McC-Note Challenger, then DON’T select the ace pot optional $5 – the ace pot fee is INCLUDED in your McC-Note amount.
Also, If you choose to be a Father Dave McC-Note Challenger AND you are not active with the PDGA, the system will automatically charge you the $10 non-active pdga fee (sorry, but there is no way to turn this off), but don’t worry… we will refund you that $10 through DG Scene within a week or so, or we can refund you in cash when you check in at the tournament.
------------------------------------------------
WAITLIST Info
We have divided the divisions into 2 pools, each one holding 90 players max: Pool A and Pool B. Click the Registered Players tab to see which divisions are in which pool.
The Waitlist will be "by Pool" and will all be done here on Disc Golf Scene. So once your pool fills up you can then register for the waitlist. It doesn't cost anything to get on the list, just don't select any of the extras - you can always do that later if you make it in. You will still need to select a division and click the Accept Waiver box as part of the process.
You can register for the waitlist in both pools, IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE for divisions in both (and are willing to play either division). Example... if your rating makes you eligible for both MA1 and MA2, and you are willing to play either one, you can get on the waitlist in each pool: pool A in MA1 and pool B in MA2.
If you clear the waitlist in one of your divisions your choices are:
1) Accept that spot by paying for it, and that is where you will play (we will delete your other waitlist record).
or
2) Decline that spot by asking to cancel that record (or contact us to cancel it) and then hope that your other waitlist record clears. This can mean taking a chance that you won’t play at all. But if your other waitlist record is now first or second in line and there are still a few weeks before the event, maybe it is worth the gamble to you to hope to play in your preferred division.
--------------------------------------------------
Out of every entry comes the following $32 of expenses:
$25 Greens Fee
$5 Donation to the Fundraising
$2 PDGA Fee
--------------------------------------------------
FATHER DAVE McC-NOTE CHALLENGE
For those not familiar with the Father Dave McC-Note Challenge, the way it works is this: once you have paid the $125, your spot in the tournament is guaranteed. When fees for the different divisions are set, we will deduct from your $125:
your entry fee
ace pot
ring-of-fire fee (series of putting games)
non-active pdga fee (if applicable)
All the money left goes directly to the charity. This adds a few thousand dollars each year to the fundraising for the charity. The charity is the same as it has been since 1998: Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas.
To clarify something that has come up occasionally: this money saves “your” spot, not “a” spot. Once the tournament fills up and there is a waitlist, if you have to cancel you can’t just give your spot to someone else. As with any cancellation, the spot goes to the next person on the waitlist. If you do have to cancel, you will receive a refund of everything except what would have gone to the charity (and that money will still be added to the donation).
