Ace Pot money goes to the player that hits the first Ace of the tournament. If there are other players that hit an Ace during that same round, the money will be divided equally. If no one hits an Ace during the tournament the Ace Pot money will be added as a prize in the raffle.
Tournament refund / cancellation policy South Tahoe Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refunds will be minus any Disc Golf Scene or PayPal fees and a $5 handling fee. Tournament Tee Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be handled pursuant to rule 1.03 in the PDGA Competition Manual. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
