    7:00am - 8:30am

    Player check-in. Players must check-in at tournament central. We need to know that all the groups are complete. If you are not going to make it to the tournament, please notify tournament staff.

    8:30am - 8:45am

    Player's meeting. Staff will go over the rules, mandos and O.B.'s

    9:00am

    Start of the first round, shotgun start. Player's must be at their assigned tee and ready to tee-off. It typically takes about 3 and a half to 4 hours to complete the 27 holes in tournament play.

    1:00pm - 2:00pm

    Lunch break. Player's typically get an hour for lunch after their round. Some will finish earlier and have more time, and some will finish later and have less time for lunch. Please plan ahead and pack a lunch if you can. If you leave the course for lunch, please have a plan. Know where you're going and how to get there. Parking is limited at Bijou Community Park, and it may be hard to find a spot when you get back. We don't want you to be late for your second round tee-off. There is additional parking across the street at Lake Tahoe Community College.

    2:00pm - 2:15pm

    Player's meeting. Staff will go over rules, mandos and O.B.'s. This meeting is not mandatory. Same rules, mandos and O.B.'s as the first round. You can head to your assigned hole if you desire. Please let event staff know if you decide to not compete in the second round.

    2:30pm

    Start of the second round, shotgun start. Player's must be at their assigned tee and ready to tee-off.

    8:00am - 8:30am

    Player check-in. It is not mandatory to check-in on the second day; however, we need to know that the groups are complete. So, if you are not going to make it to the third round, please notify tournament staff.

    9:00am

    Start of the third and final round, shotgun start. Player's must be at their assigned tee and ready to tee-off.

    2:00pm

    Awards ceremony. We plan to start the awards ceremony around 2pm depending on speed of play and once we have verified all the scores. Pro's will be paid in cash. We do not send payments by PayPal. Am's will be paid out in script from Premium Disc Golf. The script may be used at their online store or players can come by the store at 2140 Eloise Ave unit #11 in South Lake Tahoe. The store will be open after the tournament on Sunday. If you cannot stay to collect your prize, please let event staff know if you have someone designated to pick it up for you.

South Tahoe Disc Golf Association invites you to the 31st Annual Tahoe Pro/Am at Bijou Disc Golf Course in South Lake Tahoe, California on July 26th and 27th, 2025. The 31st Annual Tahoe Pro/Am is event #3 of the 2025 Sierra Tahoe Series. This is a B tier PDGA sanctioned event. You must be a current PDGA member to register for this tournament. This event is three rounds of 27 holes on the prestigious Bijou Disc Golf Course, two rounds on Saturday and one round on Sunday. There will be a "CTP" contest and a raffle to help raise more funds for the pay-outs. We will be qualifying players for the "CTP" contest during the lunch break on Saturday and after the final round on Sunday. The raffle will be held during the awards ceremony on Sunday. Amateur players will receive a player's package with their registration fee. Players packages are being withheld from the Professional registration fee in lieu of higher payouts. Professional players will have the option of purchasing a Tournament Stamped Disc for $25 or a Tournament Tee-shirt for $25 during their registration, if they would like a souvenir from the tournament.

We have 27 Tournament Sponsorship spots available. Tournament Sponsorship spots are $50 plus the $100 registration fee, for a total of $150. Tournament Sponsors are granted the privilege of registering for the tournament early. The $50 tournament sponsorship fee is non-refundable if you choose to drop from the tournament. Early registration for tournament sponsors opens on April 28th at 6:00pm. All other registration spots will open May 5th at 8:00pm. Tournament registrations fill up quickly now-a-days with the recent surge of participation in the sport of disc golf. If you do not get in right away, wait it out on the waitlist.

Refund policy

South Tahoe Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refunds will be minus any Disc Golf Scene or PayPal fees and a $5 handling fee. Tournament Tee Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be handled pursuant to rule 1.03 in the PDGA Competition Manual.
