Hey all, rain yesterday in Nac and then in Houston this morning has really threw a wrench into our schedule. Today we will have all hands on deck focusing on course prep. There may or may not be doubles, Patrick Womack will make a post if so. The Crushers are already out placing signage, clearing limbs and other prep. Ill be there shortly and will be buried in paint/flag work for the rest if the day. **You will see hole assignments early this evening 5-6pm or so.

I hope everybody is ready for a great weekend of disc golf! This email is full of useful information so you can plan accordingly. Below you will find links to the current weather conditions, registration page for schedule of events for the weekend, the tournament flyers, sponsors and rules. Thank you to the Nacogdoches Crushers and the City of Nacogdoches for the support in allowing this event to happen!

There is no formal event check-in required.
Players may pick up their player packs at event HQ at Pioneer park near Hole 1 from 10am -5pm Friday 5/31 or during event hours anytime throughout the weekend.

PLAYERS PACKS - ALL PLAYERS RECEIVE A PLAYERS PACK, PROS TOO!!
Players pack sponsors include Lone Star Discs and Innova Champion Discs.
ALL AM players will receive a players pack consisting of 2 discs (1 from each manufacturer) and peripheral items, at no deduction from entry.
ALL PLAYERS (pro too) receive a players pack courtesy of Nacogdoches Crushers and their sponsors !!

Other rules -
Nacogdoches has received a lot of rain this year and some of the courses still have some wet spots. Pioneer and Pecan have several sections of very tall wet unmowed grass. These sections of tall unmowed grass will be subject to casual relief at both of these courses. This means that you can either choose to play the disc where it lies or move backwards from your lie in line with the pin until your first point of relief from the tall grass.

Course Rules
NO 2 Meter rules. 2 meter relief from all BARBED WIRE.
Lake Nacogdoches
On and across all roads, parking lots, fenced in areas (park boundaries and
maintenance areas) and across/inside white/orange flagged/painted lines and playground areas is
considered OB (out of bounds) unless otherwise stated on an
individual hole.
Lake Nacogdoches is OB! If you are unsure of a lie, throw a
provisional and play both scenarios.
Normal OB rules play for any OB shot.
HOLE 11 - 465 ft./246 ft. FA /MA60-65 will tee off from the bottom of the hill from the marked temporary
tee.
Hole 1: 218 ft. General course rules apply.
Hole 2: 223 ft. General course rules apply.
Hole 3: 352 ft. General course rules apply.
Hole 4: 271 ft. General course rules apply.
Hole 5: 290 ft. General course rules apply.
Hole 6: 368 ft. General course rules apply.
Hole 7: 249ft. General course rules apply.
Hole 8: 283 ft. Landing across flagged/painted line is OB. Normal OB rules.
Hole 9: 555 ft. Par 5 for FA//MA60-65- Inside staked and stringed area is OB. If string is not present, OB

Hole 10: 341 ft Mando left of marked tree. If Mando is missed, proceed
to Drop Zone, or re-tee with a one stroke penalty.

PECAN PARK -
On and across all roads, parking lots, fenced in areas (park boundaries and maintenance areas)
and across/inside white/orange flagged/painted lines and playground areas is considered OB
(out of bounds) unless otherwise stated on an individual hole. Trails are not OB. La Nana Creek
is OB. Water line defines the OB if not marked by flags/paint. If you are unsure of a lie, throw a
provisional and play out both scenarios.

Hole 1: 315 ft. General course rules apply.
Hole 2: 530 ft. Double Mando. If either Mando is missed, proceed to the Drop Zone with a one
stroke penalty. General course rules apply. Creek and beyond is OB.
Hole 3: 442 ft. General course rules apply. Creek and beyond is OB.
Hole 4: 411 ft. General course rules apply. Creek and beyond is OB.
Hole 5: 307 ft. Mando left of marked tree. If Mando is missed, proceed to Drop Zone or re-tee with a one
stroke penalty. General course rules apply.
Hole 6: 279 ft. Mando left of marked tree. If Mando is missed, proceed to Drop Zone or re-tee
with a one stroke penalty. General course rules apply.
Hole 7: 309 ft. General course rules apply. Creek and beyond is OB.
Hole 8: 270 ft. Beyond any painted/flagged line is OB. Landing on any part of the bridge is OB
(marked). Creek and beyond is OB.
Hole 9: 360 ft. Beyond any painted/flagged lines is OB. Bridge is OB. Road is OB. Path is not
Hole 10: 280 ft. genereal rules
Hole 11: 470 ft. Road is NOT OB. Mando left of marked telephone pole. If Mando is missed, proceed to
Drop Zone or re-tee with a one stroke penalty.
Hole 12: 336 ft. GR apply
Hole 13: 285 ft. Fence line and beyond is OB. General course rules apply.
Hole 14: 261 ft. Beyond painted/flagged line is OB. Beyond fence/property line is OB. Initial drive must
land safe. If initial drive is OB, proceed to Drop Zone or re-tee with a one
stroke penalty. Any subsequent shot will play as normal OB. You may take the option of throwing from
the Drop Zone instead of the tee. This comes with a two-stroke penalty
and normal OB rules apply thereafter.
Hole 15: 256 ft. G.R.A.
Hole 16: 415 ft. Pin is across creek. Landing on bridge, under bridge, or between painted/flagged lines is
OB.
Hole 17: 272 ft. Water is casual. General course rules apply.
Hole 18: 394 ft. MANDO LEFT of marked tree. DZ or re-tee.Water is casual. Playground and pavilion
areas are OB. Parking lot and beyond is OB.

PIONEER PARK -
On and across all roads, parking lots, fenced in areas (park boundaries and maintenance areas)
and across painted or flagged lines and playground areas is considered OB
(out of bounds) unless otherwise stated on an individual hole. Throwing over roads in line of
play (1, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 20) is okay. Coming to rest on the road on any of these holes will be
considered OB. If you are unsure of a lie, throw a provisional and play out both scenarios.
Normal OB rules play for any OB shot unless otherwise specified.
Hole 1: 425 ft. On road is OB. On and beyond road to the left of pin is OB. Pavilion is OB. Any water
present is casual.
Hole 1b -252ft - Tee box is in-bounds island. On any road is OB. Playground left is OB.
Hole 2: 265 ft. On and beyond road is OB.
Hole 3: 250 ft. On and beyond road is OB. Pavilion is OB.
Hole 4: 388 ft. On road is OB. On and beyond curb/road behind basket is OB. Surrounded by water in
creek is OB. Parallel Gully is casual.
Hole 5: 620 ft. Painted/flagged line is a fairway divider. Painted/flagged line and beyond is OB.
Road on left and beyond is OB. Road in the middle is OB.
Hole 6: 497 ft. Painted/flagged line and beyond is OB. Road in the middle is OB. Creek and
beyond is OB.

Hole 7: 297 ft. On any road is OB. Water in creek is OB.
Hole 8: 353 ft. Mando left of marked tree. If Mando is missed proceed to Drop Zone or re-tee with a one
stroke penalty. Any subsequent shots will be taken from the last point in
bounds. If initial drive passes through the Mando safely and then goes OB, your next lie should be from
where the disc was last in bounds with a one stroke penalty.
Painted/flagged line and beyond is OB.
Hole 9: 316 ft. Playground and pavilions are OB.
Hole 10: 578 ft. Must be left of marked Mando/telephone pole. Proceed to Drop Zone if missed or re-tee
with a one stroke penalty. Painted/flagged line and beyond is OB. ANY road is OB.
Hole 11: 373 ft. White/Orange flagged/painted line defining creek is OB. White/orange
flagged/painted line behind basket and right of fairway is OB. Bridge is OB. Road is OB.
Hole 12: 325 ft. On or beyond road is OB. Pavilion is OB.
Hole 13: Any road is OB. Creek long and beyond is OB.
Hole 16: 445 ft. Road and beyond is OB.
Hole 19: 374 ft. Road and beyond is OB.
Hole 20: 260 ft. On road is OB. Fence and beyond is OB.
Hole 21: 347 ft. Mando left of marked tree. If Mando is missed proceed to Drop Zone or re-tee with a one

I sincerely hope everyone is safe with the weather affecting Texas right now.

That said, we fully intend to see this event through. We will be playing disc golf this weekend !!!

We will adhere to PDGA guidelines for inclement weather. We will have audible signals and we will utilize the PDGA live scoring messaging function.

As far as refunds go, we are within the stated 72 hour period before event check-in referred to in the refunds section.

This means-We reserve the right to issue all players a merch package equal to entry fee in lieu of cash refunds. This exceeds the PDGA requirements for this timeframe.
