I sincerely hope everyone is safe with the weather affecting Texas right now.
That said, we fully intend to see this event through. We will be playing disc golf this weekend !!!
We will adhere to PDGA guidelines for inclement weather. We will have audible signals and we will utilize the PDGA live scoring messaging function.
As far as refunds go, we are within the stated 72 hour period before event check-in referred to in the refunds section.
This means-We reserve the right to issue all players a merch package equal to entry fee in lieu of cash refunds. This exceeds the PDGA requirements for this timeframe.

On the same note, I am human and I am a player, also. If you’ve seen damage or other unfortunate circumstances from the weather, please message me and I’ll consider an alternative.
