Tournament refund / cancellation policy Newcastle Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations, less payment provider fees. - 100% refund of entry fee will be given up to the 1st of September - 50% entry fee will be provided up until the 15th of September - Thereafter 25% until the 1st of October DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
