Hello everyone, 

I hate to be the bearer of bad news yet again, but the event is cancelled for tomorrow. The primary reason being DD has yet to ship the additional player packs, even after I ordered and paid for Next day Air, almost a week ago, and is still showing as processing. The new acquisition of DD by House Of Discs has made shipping times unpredictable unfortunately. The second reason behind the cancellation is the AQI in Boise currently. PDGA guidelines, as well as our club insurance policy recommend canceling when the AQI is 185+, but 200+ it needs to be canceled. 

I will start sending out refunds beginning tomorrow morning, based on order/date of sign up. PayPal's daily transaction limits allow me to refund approximately 12 people per day ($500 Limit). I appreciate the patience from you all, I looked forward to this event as I do every year. I will be creating a new one for late September and will have all of the player packs already ordered (Once this order comes in), hopefully the fires will have calmed down to allow us to still put this on! Watch out for the signups for it when I add it to DGS.

Please reach out to me if you haven't received your refund within 5 days. I will begin going down the list in order of date registered beginning tomorrow morning.

Hello all, Alex Here.

It is with unfortunate news that I upon getting up today, I made my phone calls to make sure everything was good to go, and Boise Parks and Rec alerted me that my permit for the event was received, but not processed. Due to this, I am unable to have the event at the park tommorow August 3rd. But, with a negative there is a positive, at the last moment we had tons of interest and people wanting to sign up. I had only ordered 30 player packs, but with the event being postponed, I can order more and accommodate more players.

The new event date will be Saturday, August 31st. The times will remain the same, and I will update on DGS with a more accurate schedule for everyone. It will remain at Ann Morrison.

Everyone has a few options from here, feel free to respond to this email, or respond via DGS.

If you cannot make the new date, And would like a refund, let me know and/or request a refund via DGS.
If you cannot make the new date, but would like to still get the players pack, let me know and Ill get it to you.
New date is all good to go for you, let me know.


I will probably host one more Trilogy Challenge before October, so be on the lookout for that as well.
